Kitchen Gurus Glass Top Digital Food Scale Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I love the compact design and the quality of the Kitchen Gurus Glass Top Digital Food Scale. It is very easy to clean as well since the top portion is made from tempered glass. It's also very thin and fits nicely between the space on my cereal boxes and the wall.

I love the Tare function, which means it can zero out the weight of the container and measure the contents inside the container only, of the Kitchen Gurus Glass Top Digital Food Scale. The Tare function is very useful specially when I measure powder or liquid food/ingredients. I used this cardboard to try the Tare function of the scale. I placed the cardboard on top of the Kitchen Gurus Glass Top Digital Food Scale and then pressed the zero button on the right side.

Tada! The Tare function worked! It zeroed out the weight of the cardboard so that I can measure just the weight of the content or ingredient I'll use or eat.

Then I put the banana on top of the cardboard and it showed me this weight.

I weighed the banana again without the cardboard and VOILA! The weight of the banana is the same with the cardboard so I know that the Kitchen Gurus Glass Top Digital Food Scale is precise and the Tare function works properly.

I love the Kitchen Gurus Glass Top Digital Scale because it helps a lot specially if I wanted to get a more precise measurement. I love the Tare function since I don't have to mentally add or subtract the weight of the container. I also like that the unit and zero button are very sensitive to touch and I don't have to tap a few times in order for it to work.
