The "Live Well" CD uses soothing guided imagery and relaxing melodies to
help you manage the stress of the holiday season. You will learn to
relax and take a more positive approach helping to make sure that the

MY REVIEW:
I know the Holidays is an exciting and joyful celebration but to be honest, picking out the right gifts and the stress of threading through the holiday crowd and shoppers often make me feel stressed out and exhausted. Good thing I have the Live Well Series CD because this CD helped me get through the stress and exhaustion of preparing for the holidays.
The Live Well Series: Techniques For Managing Stress helped me a lot because it taught me proper breathing techniques to let out stress as well as help me relax at night through the guided imagery and visualization. I really like Janet's calm and soothing voice and paired up with Jeff Gold's soothing melody, this is such a great and inexpensive way to de-stress and relax.

I love guided imagery and I would use this
ReplyDeleteI like that it focuses on changing negative thought patterns. I would keep it for myself. I have a 4 year old and a 20 month old, mama needs to unwind.
