TENS Handheld Electronic Pulse Massager Unit By Easy@Home Review

I've never liked massages because I'm a ticklish person. I've tried getting a massage once and I had to stop the person massaging me because I got stressed out instead of becoming more relaxed. :)

This is actually the first time I tried a handheld electronic massager and I was glad I tried it.

The Easy@Home TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) Handheld Electronic Pulse Massager is portable, compact, natural and drug-free. It's easy to use and it works by delivering electrical impulses to nerves, muscles and cells on different parts of the body. The impulses used in proper strength and frequencies make continuous and gentle stimulation to trigger the body producing natural response to block, relieve pain and to stimulate the regeneration of tissues.

The TENS Handheld Electronic Pulse Massager came in a blue box. It includes the massager unit, 4 electrode pads, 2 cords and a large LCD screen. The 4 x AAA batteries are already incuded.

After installing the batteries, I connected the cord to the massager unit and to 2 electrode pads.

The electrode pad is sticky and reusable.

I tried it on my back shoulders because I've been feeling some tension in my shoulders for a few days now.

The controls are very easy to use and I can set the speed and type of pulse I wanted.

I can also set the intensity of the massage/beat/knead I wanted.

The TENS Handheld Electronic Pulse Massager Unit by Easy@Home is very easy to use, portable and relaxing. The intruction booklet included is short and has photos of where to place the electrode pads.

I started with the lowest intensity setting which is 1 and I can already feel it. The massage option felt like waves which felt very nice. The beat option felt like a pulsing feel. The knead option felt like a slow pressure on my back.

Since I'm not used to massages, I only got up to the 3rd power intensity and for me, the 4th intensity setting is a bit overwhelming. The 3rd intensity setting is really soothing though because the tension on my shoulders felt better after the 15-minute cycle.

I'm not fond of massages but the TENS Handheld Pulse Massager made me feel relaxed and good. The electrode pads are reusable and I've used it a couple of times already and the stickiness is still there.
