Digital Body Scales have come a long way from when I was young. Today, digital body scales have become more and more high-tech and I love trying out new digital body scales.

Recently, I was given the chance to try the Easy@Home Bluetooth Smart Scale.

The Easy@Home Bluetooth Smart Scale has a BIA (Bio-Electrical Analysis) technology which can measure weight, body fat, body water, body muscle and bone mass in 6 - 8 seconds and upload the stats to a free app in your smartphone or tablet. Excited? Yeah me too! :)

The Easy@Home Bluetooth Smart Scale has a nice black design.

I like how it looks because it looks classy. The LCD display measures 4.3" and has a cool blue back light. It has an auto power off, display unit in pounds and kilograms.

The app is available in both iTunes and on Google Play for free. The app automatically syncs the data from the Easy@Home Bluetooth Body Fat Digital Scale to my Moto G as long as the bluetooth on my phone is turned on.

To make things easier, here are my thoughts about the Easy@Home Bluetooth Body Fat Digital Scale:

- I like the design of the Easy@Home Bluetooth Body fat Digital Scale. It's classy and nice.
- I like the big 4.3" LCD Display with a blue back light because I can see the readings clearly.
- I like how easy it is to pair the Easy@Home Bluetooth Body Fat Digital Scale to my phone. The code to pair by the way is 0000 so it's easy to remember.
- The data is automatically transferred to the app on my phone when I step on the scale. To do this, I need to turn on the bluetooth on my phone first so that when I step on the scale, it will transfer the data on the app on my phone through bluetooth.
- I like how accurate this digital body scale is.
- I like the extra data it measures including: Body Water, Body Fat, Bone Mass, BMI, Visceral Fat (I'm not sure what this is), Muscle Mass and BMR.
- The app also makes a graph of my weight (gain or loss) every time I step on the scale.
- I like the automatic shut off feature.
- In order for the weighing scale to measure the other parameters, I need to step on bare foot on the scale. If I just want my weight, I can step on the weighing scale with my socks on.
This is such a nice weighing scale and I love how easy it is to pair with my smartphone. I like how I can track my weight every time I step on the scale.

Here are the supported devices for the app:

iOS devices : iPhone4S/5/5C/5S, iPad 3, iPad Mini or later
Android devices: Android 2.3 or later with bluetooth2.2 or later such as Samsung Galaxy S4, S5 and Nexus 4/5/7/9

    1. I agree with that. :) When I was younger, my mom used to have the scale with an arrow. :)
