As a stay-at-home mom, I love to cook meals for my family but I have to face it, sometimes, I do run out of ideas on what to cook. I also hate it when I don't have the ingredients available for a recipe I wanted to try or worse, forgetting to get the ingredient/s when I we do our grocery shopping.
Meals by the week is a very convenient meal planning subscription which helped me a lot specially when I wanted to try a new recipe. It readily gives the ingredients I needed for a certain recipe and there is an option on how much each ingredient I needed to have or buy if I wanted to feed 2, 4, 6 or 8 people. This, for me, is very convenient since I don't need to measure and calculate the amount of ingredients needed if I needed more or less servings of the recipe.
I chose the 400 Calorie Dinner Subscription and I like that the recipes included doesn't look like they are just around 400 calorie per meal. I never like it when the taste of our food is compromised because of counting calories.
I also like that they have the weekly ads from some groceries so this is even better because I can plan my grocery shopping accordingly and bring coupons if necessary to save more. Since we're in the Western Region, I chose Albertson's since we shop here often.
Meals by the Week has helped me with the dilemma of what to cook and the dilemma of missing and incomplete ingredients. I also love how convenient it is to use.
