Vita Advanced Probiotic Review + Giveaway 1/26 US

Probiotics is an essential supplement for me because it helps regulate my bowel movements. I've tried different fiber supplements before but they didn't help with my constipation and in addition to that, upset my stomach. When I first tried taking in probiotics, mt bowel movements became more regular and I felt less bloated and gassy after a heavy meal.

The Vita Advanced Probiotic contains 7 essential probiotic strains and 10 billion good bacteria per daily servings. It is made in the USA, sourced from a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Facility. Vita Advanced Probiotic is an all-natural formula and is suitable for vegetarians. Each bottle contains 60 Veggie Caps for 30 Day Supply.

The Vita Advanced Probiotic has a subtle milky/sweet scent and is in a veggie capsule. I prefer supplements in a veggie capsule because for me, they are easier to swallow.

Taking 2 capsules of the Vita Advanced Probiotic once every morning helped in regulating my bowel movement. I neither experienced any upset stomach nor any side effects. It also helped in lessening the bloated and gassy feeling I sometimes get when I "accidentally" eat a heavy meal (in other words over-eat).

I know fiber supplements help other people when it comes to regulating bowel movements, my grandfather takes in fiber supplements and it works for him, but for me, taking in Probiotics is the answer to my constipation. If fiber supplements doesn't work for you, then I suggest you try taking in the Vita Advanced Probiotic, or other similar probiotics for this matter, because this worked for me.

  3. I do try to eat a lot of fiber products and yogurt as much as I can. I like taking probiotics and I know they are good for your immune system too. I like that this product is in a veggie capsule.

  4. Yes, I take a lot of supplements to stay healthy including probiotics. I drink a tea from Bigelowe Lemon Ginger with Probiotics and it tastes great and helps my tummy. Being "regular" keeps you from lugging around extra baggage. I like that it helps keep you regular with your movements.
