The Ultimate Travel Pillow by AirComfy Review

Traveling, specially long trips, can be a pain in my neck as well as my back. I often get a stiff neck specially when I sleep during a long trip. I also have a lower back problem so blogging and sitting for longer periods of time makes my back ache.

The Ultimate Travel Pillow by AirComfy made my neck feel wonderful even when we're on a long trip and it helped my back a lot.

Here is a quick product description:

  • RELAX UPRIGHT COMFORTABLY - Our superior design keeps your head upright, preventing unpleasant kinks and strains caused by tilting your neck to the side. This low-profile support makes it ideal for use as a neck pillow for sleeping on the go.
  • ATTACH IT TO HEADREST - Our elastic band holds the neck pillow in place, so you can move around without losing that comfortable placement. It is ideal for airplanes or as an everyday car pillow-providing you more support than a standard headrest.
  • PACKS FOR TRAVEL - Weighing less than half a pound, you won't have to worry about a heavy pillow that takes up too much space. This inflatable pillow compresses into an enclosed packsack, and can clip onto your carryon using the attached carabiner.
  • ADJUST THE SIZE - Everyone's different, so we've made our pillow adjustable to your personal preference! Open the air valve to allow it to self-inflate, and if desired you can manually inflate it to be firmer or release air to make it softer. Our luxurious interior foam gives you support without the bouncy, hollow feeling you get from some inflatable pillows.
  • LUMBAR BACK PILLOW - Have you ever been on a plane or long road trip, and your back starts to ache from lack of support from the lower seat back? You can also use your AirComfy as a lumbar pillow and simply adjust it to provide the lower back support you need!

The Ultimate Travel Pillow by AirComfy came in a pouch for storage. The pillow has a velvety feel and a valve for inflation. It has a garter strap at the back to keep the pillow in place. Below is a summary of what I thought about the Ultimate Travel Pillow by AirComfy.

- I like the velvety soft texture of the AirComfy pillow.
- The pillow is supposed to self-inflate when I open the valve but the pillow I received didn't self-inflate. I had to blow into the valve to inflate the pillow. It only took me less than a minute to inflate it and wasn't that hard so that's fine by me.
- I can manually adjust the softness of firmness of the pillow by deflating/adding more air into it.
- This is a great pillow for back support. Since I have a lower back problem and sitting for a longer period of time makes my back ache, this pillow fits perfectly on my lower back and supports it. I like how I can strap it behind my computer chair to keep it from moving.
- I like the groove in the middle because my neck can rest comfortably. It helps prevent stiff necks specially during long trips.
- It's lightweight so I can bring it easily.
- It deflates easily.

This is such a nice traveling pillow and my daughters like using it too. I like to use it to support my lower back too because it helps.

  3. The build of this looks like it is good pillow for neck pain. Doesn't feel made from cheap material or poor construction. This pillow will keep our head upright. I had my doubts while shopping. But the pillow is very comfortable and the material feels nice on the skin.
