Silicone Heat Resistant Baking Gloves From Select Culinary Review
The Select Culinary's Silicone Heat Resistant Baking Gloves arrived in a set of 2. That means, I can have 1 glove for each hand. Each glove can be worn either by the left or right hand. The gloves are very pretty and the vibrant orange color really caught my eye. There are heart grooves all over the gloves which aids in gripping trays and dishes more effectively.
Here is a product description/feature list for the Silicone Heat Resistant Baking Gloves by Select Culinary:
• Heat proof up to 425F
• Water resistant and useable in any kitchen task
• Firm grip that allow safe movement of hot pans
• Dishwasher safe and reusable
• Long lasting durability
• BPA free
• FDA approved
• Versatile and easily maneuverable
One of the things I love about these gloves is that they protect my hands from heat, specially from hot-from-the-oven sauce burns. They're water resistant so sauces wouldn't penetrate the gloves! :) They are bendy and a bit big for my hands (I have small hands) and honestly, cloth oven mitts are much comfortable to wear than these because those fit my hands more properly. BUT! Being more comfortable isn't something I'll choose when handling hot trays and dishes. I definitely prefer these gloves because they protect my hands from heat even when I hold the trays for an extended period of time.
I love these Silicone Baking Gloves by Select Culinary and love how durable they are. These are a great addition to my kitchen accessories/apparel and I love the pretty orange color.
