Wholefood Multivitamin From Evergreen Nature Review

Taking multivitamins is something that I hope to do religiously because I know that they'll be beneficial to my health in the long run. The problem is, I sometimes forget to take them because I was never the type to always remember taking supplements daily. When I received the Evergreen Nature's Wholefood Multivitamin, I looked forward to trying it and see how it would work for me.

The Evergreen Nature's Wholefood Multivitamin came in a white plastic bottle. Each bottle has 90 capsules which is good for a 30-day supply of multivitamin supplements. Each serving is 3 capsules which is to be taken daily preferably with a meal.

The suggested use is printed clearly on the label as well as a note of caution below.

The NutriONN Organic Coconut Oil arrived in a plastic bottle with 180 Coconut Oil in softgel form. The content inside appears curdy and cloudy when the temperature is cooler and it turns clear when the temperature is warmer. The size of each softgel is similar to a regular-sized fish oil.

The directions is to take 2 capsules twice daily so for me, I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I haven't experienced a belch aftertaste which is nice. Even though these are bigger, I don't have any difficulty swallowing them.

I like how I didn't feel dependent on Berry Sleepy because more often than not, I can still drift off to sleep on my own. I received a box of AloeCure in Grape flavor. One box contains 6 bottles of the AloeCure and is good for a 1-month supply.

I read the directions and it was very easy to understand. Out of the box, I tried the AloeCure even though it says it was better refrigerated. I drank 6 ml once in the morning and once at night.

I shook the bottle first and used the measuring cup included inside the box. The AloeCure has an herbal, medicinal scent which oddly reminded me of the 3M Medipore I used when I was an intern at a hospital in the Philippines. It has a light yellowish color and has a bit of a thick consistency.

In one big gulp, I chugged the AloeCure because I have no idea what it would taste like. I drink the ready-to-drink drinks with aloe jellies but this is the first time I drank a pure Aloe Vera drink.

I like supplements in a veggie capsule because for me, they're easier to swallow. They have a distinct herbal scent which doesn't leave any aftertaste when taken.

I usually take 1 capsule 30 minutes before my workout and follow it up with a protein bar. I haven't felt any side effects such as stomach discomfort and gassy feeling which is nice. I like how it boosts my energy so that I can finish my workout more effectively and with power.

Triple-Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil Softgels From Nutrigold Review

I eat fish at least once a week but I still take an Omega-3 Supplement to meet the daily recommended dose for Omega-3. I've been taking an Omega-3 Supplement daily for a few months now and I know there are lots of Omega-3 Supplement brands out in the market. The Omega-3 Fish Oil from Nutrigold are BIG, similar to my current omega-3 supplement, but for me, it's easier to swallow compared to an oblong tablet or a round pill.

The Omega-3 Gold by Nutrigold is available in 2 sizes: The 180 count (which is the one I received) and a 360 count. One 180-ct. bottle would last me 3 months since I only take 1 softgel every morning.

The Omega-3 Gold by Nutrigold doesn't leave me with any fish burps or fishy aftertaste. It is coated with a sweet taste which is nice. The softgel might be overwhelming because it's big but, it's actually easy to swallow.

I like how I get the recommended daily dose of Omega-3 by taking in just 1 softgel every morning instead of taking 2. Taking this supplement didn't cause me any stomach discomfort or side effects.
