The flip top cap snaps shut to prevent leakage and spills. It is be opened by pressing the white triangle and I like how my daughters doesn't have to strain to open the cap. The metal lock helps to prevent accidental pressing of the white triangle specially if we put this on a bag. It also has a plastic finger loop at the back to make carrying the bottles easier.
The inside of the bottles have a plastic strainer to keep small fruits inside the bottle (ifever I make an infused-fruit water drink). This is also great as a shaker bottle to mix powdered juices inside the bottle. I love the personalized logo outside because it's cute.
This is such a nice and cute matching water bottle. The one thing I suggest is that they offer a separate kids bottle because I have 2 daughters and they both want their own kids bottle. Good thing they agreed to share with the bottle for now. :)

When I was in college, part of my medical technology internship was to take the blood pressure of blood donors during screening so I know the range of a normal blood pressure reading. We used to use an aneroid sphygmomanometer or the mercury sphygmomanometer paired with a stethoscope to take the blood pressure of blood donors because as from what I've learned, they're more accurate. I haven't had the chance to try a wrist blood pressure monitor until now.
The Santamedical Wrist Digital Blood Pressure Monitor came in a square box. I was surprised because I was used to the huge mercury sphygmomanometer and the bulkier aneroid sphygmomanometer and this one was so small and compact. The wrist blood pressure monitor came with 2x AAA batteries and a hard plastic case to store the wrist blood pressure monitor when not in use.
So the question was, is this as accurate as the mercury and aneroid sphygmomanometer? I'll discuss the pros and cons below.
Since this is the first time I've tried and used a wrist blood pressure monitor, I was quite excited to see if it is accurate to take my blood pressure. The cuff looks a bit small but it fits my wrist and still has an allowance. The blood pressure monitor has a LARGE LCD display and only has 2 buttons to operate it. It measures both my blood pressure and my pulse rate per minute.
The button on the right is the "on" button and this is used to turn on the wrist blood pressure monitor and automatically measure my blood pressure. The cuff inflates to a comfortable level and for me, it's much more comfortable and less snug than the cuff of the aneroid sphygmomanometer.
The button on the left is the memory button which is used to see previous blood pressure readings. The Santamedical Wrist Digital Blood Pressure Monitor stores up to 60 blood pressure readings. That's a 2-month reading if I take my blood pressure everyday.
The LARGE LCD display makes it easy for me to see my blood pressure measurement. The only thing is that it doesn't have a back light so I need a bright room in order to see my blood pressure reading. Measuring my blood pressure takes less than a minute to finish and it automatically stores my blood pressure reading.
Now for the accuracy. I've tried this at different angles and it IS accurate if I use it PROPERLY. Here are some tips I've discovered to take my blood pressure accurately.
- I don't move or talk once I turn on the blood pressure monitor. Moving or talking alters my blood pressure measurement.
- I sit upright in a chair. Slumping also alters my blood pressure measurement so I sit upright while taking my blood pressure.
- My arm is at a less than 45 degree angle and my wrist is at the level of my heart. Putting my arm lower (resting against the table) or higher alters the blood pressure measurement. I also try to relax my fingers and not curl my fist to a ball while taking my blood pressure measurement.

If I do the above procedure properly, I get an accurate blood pressure reading. The aneroid sphygmomanometer and the mercury shygmomanometer is more accurate (since it can be used while the person is lying down or slumping) but the Santamedical Wrist Digital Blood Pressure MOnitor is more home-friendly and user friendly. :) I don't need a stethoscope to use it too.
I really like the Santamedical Wrist Digital Blood Pressure Monitor because it's easy to use and is accurate (again, when properly used). It's very compact and small that I can store it easily and bring it on the go.

My daughters are 3 and 6 and no matter how many times I
tell them not to put their feet up with their shoes on in the car, they
still do it. Specially when we're on long trips, if they're bored, when they're
excited, when they're playing with each other, and practically almost
all the time they're in the car. My 3 year old daughter's car seat is in
the middle seat at the back so the part of the car she soils with her
shoes is the middle compartment/arm rest part which I can easily clean
with wet wipes. Now, my 6 year old daughter's car seat is the back seat
behind the passenger's seat. She always puts her feet up and since the
back seat is made of cloth, it's harder to clean. If unluckily, her
shoes are soiled and muddy, then it's much, much harder to clean.

My daughters, who are 3 and 6, love it when I read books to them. My 6 year old who's in 1st grade has started to read and sometimes, I see her reading to her sister and my 3 year old loves it too. When they saw the book, A Love Letter From God, they were excited to see what the book is all about because it's colorful and they loved the heart balloons on the book cover.
Each page is very pretty and very colorful. The illustrations are very nice that my 3 year old daughter couldn't take her eyes away from the illustrations while I read to them. Each page have different cut out shapes which I think is very creative since the images under the cutouts complement the page I'm reading as well as the next page. The story is written in a simple and rhyming way that my daughters had fun listening to the story. The words used were simple enough for my 3 year old daughter to understand and my 6 year old daughter to read.
I like how this book was written as if it was truly a Love Letter from God. I loved how the book assured my daughters that God is with them through success and failure. This is such a nice bedtime story and I'm very happy to have received this book for my daughters.
