Naturalico Jump Rope Review

NaturalicoJumpRope.jpg
When I was younger, I can jump rope for long periods of time. As I got older, I became less active and my stamina became much lower. I've received a different jump rope a few months back and I loved how I am slowly building my stamina back up. I started with a less than a minute threshold and I'm now at 2 minutes. :)

When I received the Naturalico Jump Rope, I was excited to try it to see how it would compare to the previous jump rope I was using.

The Naturalico Jump Rope came with a nylon carrying bag. The cable of the jump rope is 10 feet long and is made of lightweight wire cable. It is actually very light so it doesn't weigh my arms down when I use it.

This is different than my previous jump rope because it has 4 high-grade metal ball bearings at the handle which makes the cable wire rotation easier and much smoother.

Since the cable wire is a bit long, I had to adjust it to match my height (I'm only 5'2"). I didn't cut the wire, rather, I just hold the excess wire (by holding it together with the handles) with my hands when I use the jump rope. For me, it doesn't cause any inconvenience and actually helps so that hubby, who is taller than me, can also use it if he wants to.

Using the Naturalico jump rope is a good cardio exercise because it raises my pulse rate in just a few seconds. I can now continuously use the jump rope for 2 minutes at a time. I need to pause afterwards because my stamina isn't that high yet. I am slowly building it and am happy that I can slowly jump rope for a longer period of time.

Overall, I like the Naturalico jump rope because it's lighter and the metal ball bearings helps a lot in making the jump rope rotate more smoothly. The cable wire is strong and durable and yet it's lightweight. I haven't built up my speed yet but I will get there, hopefully soon. :)
