I like to jog when it's about to get dark because it's cooler. Aside from my reflective vest, I like to wear a headlight so that I'll be more visible even though I jog on the sidewalk. Hubby has a headlight and he uses it when he rides his bike to go home and when he goes biking with his biking buddies every Wednesday.

I am always looking forward to trying new headlights because I like to compare which is brighter and which is more comfortable.

When I was given the chance to try the iHeadLight, I was excited to try it because the strap looked cute.

The iHeadLight only has 1white LED bulb but it's very bright. There are 3 light modes for the white CREE LED which is nice because I can adjust the brightness depending on how bright I need the headlamp to be.

There is a red LED light at the upper right portion of the iHeadLight which has 2 SOS settings. This can be accessed by pushing the single button simultaneously until I reach my desired light setting. There is also a battery indicator (the small round one below the red LED light) which flashes when battery power is low already.

The camouflage-looking headband is stretchy and adjustable. It's smooth and doesn't feel uncomfortable around my head.

The headlight can be tilted to 3 different angles, the maximum is 45 Degrees. It makes a "click" sound when adjusted to the correct position and stays there even when I jog.

The iHeadLight CREE LED Headlight operates on 3xAAA batteries which is not included in the pack.

I had a bit of difficulty putting the headband on the light but after a few tugs, I was able to put the garterized headband into the snaps of the light.

The iheadLight is very useful to use at night because it's bright and it increased my visibility. The garterized headband is comfortable around my head and doesn't slip down even when I'm jogging.

I also like the versatility of this because hubby can also use it when he fixes something at home or when I need to find something in our closet and need more light. It's easily worn and easily adjustable so it can fit both me an hubby.

  2. I like that it increased your visibility to see at night when you run. I run early in the morning before work and I am a breakfast waitress so it is dark when I run. I have come across a few bears and moose this early in the morning. I have never had any problems with them but it would be nice to see them a little sooner.

  3. I like that the headlight can be tilted to 3 different angles. I want this to give to my father for when he feeds his horses and cattle at night.

  7. Improper alignment of the car’s headlights is one of the most common causes of NCT failure.
    a) If in case your headlights are pointing on the road with too little frequency, then maybe your vision, as well as the reaction time, will be impaired. And this, no doubt, is a major safety concern.
    b) While, on the other hand, if your headlights are pointing too high in the front with extreme brightness, then it will cause the eyes of the oncoming drivers to be dazzled. This again imparts safety and becomes a major reason for several accidents.
Therefore, correct headlight alignment is necessary for the safety of all people including yourself on the road. It also turns your car driving into a pleasant experience at night time.
