Have you ever been so stressed out that you wanted to vent out and punch something? Well, punching a wall or a solid thing would hurt my arms so I find other ways to de-stress like listening to calming music, taking deep breaths, etc. But, how nice would it be to punch something that wouldn't hurt my hands and wrist right?

Well, when I received the Velocity Boxing's Stress Reliever Desktop Punching Ball, I immediately thought how this would be great to try to use when I'm stressed. Here's a quick product description from the company:

The Velocity Boxing Stress Reliever Desktop Punching Ball attaches well to wood, glass and marble (at least those are the surfaces I've tried). Initially, I thought the suction cup would not hold the punches effectively but I was proven wrong.

The Velocity Boxing Stress Reliever Desktop Punching Ball endured the punches and is stable even when I attached the suction cup on a vertical surface.

The punching ball works well and I like how it stayed suctioned. The metal spring makes the punching ball spring back and forth which I think is nice too. I can easily punch my stress away without the worry of the suction cup getting unstuck.

This works well for me and my daughters have fun playing with this too.

  1. That's a cool idea. When we were kids, we had boxing gloves in the cellar, if we wanted to try duking it out!! It could turn a fight into a barrel of laughs!

  2. This looks like so much fun! I love that it suction cups to a sliding door/ window. So much easier than probably having to find a stud and not being able to change the height easily for kids/ adults. There are some days I think I could reaaally use this. LOL.
