Quick Sweat Dice by Stack 52 Review

I exercise at least 4 times a week and I follow a workout program. At times, specially when I've been doing the same routine for quite some time, I get bored with it and so, I change it up a bit and find new workouts to try. When I was offered to try the Quick Set Dice by Stack 52, I was quite excited to try it because it's different than what I usually do.

The Quick Sweat Dice is different in a way that I don't get the same routine every time. The workout I'll be doing will be based after I roll the dice. The dice also came in a black velvet carrying pouch for storage.
The color of the dice represent the different parts of the body it targets. The color codes are:

· Green: 6 Chest exercises
· Red: 6 Core/Ab exercises
· Blue: 6 Cardio exercises
· Yellow: 6 Leg exercises
· Orange: 6 Arm exercises
· White: Repetition count, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14

The Quick Sweat Dice is a very fun workout because I don't get the same routine every time I roll the dice. I also like the variety of workouts as well as the reps I need to do each time. For those starting to exercise, there are videos on the Stack 52 website showing how to do the exercise on the dice.

The Quick Sweat Dice is a fun and unique way to exercise and I like that this is effective in increasing my heart rate. I also like how I don't need any other exercise equipment when I use these dice.
