Future Sound Lab AL13 Aluminum Earphones Review

FSL_Sound_Lab_AL13_Aluminum_Earphones.jpg
I listen to music to keep me entertained as well as to relax. When I was younger, I would listen to the radio using my phone and earphones until I fall asleep or when I'm studying. I know it's weird but I can focus more on my studies when I listen to music. :) So, when I received the Future Sound Lab AL13 Aluminum Earphones, I looked forward to see if it works well.
FSL_Sound_Lab_AL13_Aluminum_Earphones.jpg
The Future Sound Lab AL13 Aluminum Earphones arrived in a box. Each earpiece has a (L) and (R) label which is nice because I don't have to guess which earpiece goes to which ear.

The right angle 3.5 mm headphone jack is unique and nice because I noticed that this is less probe to bends compared to the straight jack.
FSL_Sound_Lab_AL13_Aluminum_Earphones.jpg
There are 3 different-sized pairs of silicone ear tips which is nice because I found the pair which is perfect for my ears. The silicone ear tips are also comfortable and doesn't make my ears hurt.

The flat, linguine-looking cable makes the Future Sound Lab AL13 less prone to tangles. I like that I don't have to worry about untangling the cable every time I use it.

The bass for me is about 6 out of 10 but that's perfect for me because I don't like headphones or earphones which are too bass-y. Why? Because my head hurts with too much bass so it's nice that this headphones delivers crystal clear sound with just the right amount of bass.

When the sound is set to a higher volume, this is effective as a sound-isolating earphones. This earphones is light as well so I don't have to worry about the earpieces falling off of my ears easily. This is compatible with devices with a 3.5 mm headphone jack so I can use it on both my smartphone and tablet.

You can purchase the Future Sound Lab AL13 Aluminum Earphones HERE.

MY REVIEW:

There are the traditional lullabies and there's Jammy Jams. I've heard several albums from Jammy Jams and I love how they make songs into instrumental lullabies. Recently, they sent me a download code to redeem the Jammy Jams Little Headbangers 4: Sunset Strip Goes Lullaby. This album has some interesting tracks and some of my favorites are the Sweet Child O' Mine and Cum On feel The Noize.

I love how Jammy Jams made these songs into instrumental lullaby renditions perfect to lull kids to sleep. My daughters love listening to the xylophone sound in each track. Although they don't know the song, I like how I can sing along to the instrumental music.

FSL Zinc Zn30 In Ear Headphones Review

FSL_Zinc_Zn30_In_Eat_Headphones.jpg
I've always loved listening to music. Ever since I was younger, I would listen to music until I drift off to sleep. I would wake up in the middle of the night with the songs still playing and then again, drift off to sleep. Also, I prefer earphones/headphones which have that acoustic type of sound. I like a little bit of bass but not the heavy bass sound because that makes my head pound and then after a while, hurt.
FSL_Zinc_Zn30_In_Eat_Headphones.jpg
When I received the FSL Zinc Zn30 In Ear Headphones, the first thing I noticed was that it looks really nice and cool. The ear phones has a metallic blue color which I really liked.
FSL_Zinc_Zn30_In_Eat_Headphones.jpg
I hurriedly opened it and the box contained the following:
- Zinc Zn30 In Ear earphones
- four pairs of silicone tips (XS, S, M, L)
- a pair of double flange tips
- a pair of expanding foam tips
- 3 sizes of ear fins
- ear hook
- hard case
FSL_Zinc_Zn30_In_Eat_Headphones.jpg
The earphones are lightweight so they don't fall off easily and stay in place.
FSL_Zinc_Zn30_In_Eat_Headphones.jpg
The different-sized ear fins included help keep the ear phones in place specially when this is used when jogging. Although I didn't feel the need to use these yet, I like that they're included just in case I have a need for them.
FSL_Zinc_Zn30_In_Eat_Headphones.jpg
This has a standard 3.5 mm jack which can be used in all portable devices with a 3.5 mm audio socket.
FSL_Zinc_Zn30_In_Eat_Headphones.jpg
I like the different-sized silicone ear tips because I have smaller ears so I like that I found a tip which fits my ears perfectly.

The expanding foam tip (the one with a different color on top) is perfect to use if I wanted to use this as a noise-cancellation earphones.
FSL_Zinc_Zn30_In_Eat_Headphones.jpg
The FSL Zinc Zn30 In Ear Headphones delivers crystal clear sound but it's not that bass-y. I love that this isn't that bass-y because my head hurts from earphones with a heavy, bass-y sound.
FSL_Zinc_Zn30_In_Eat_Headphones.jpg
The cord of the FSL Zinc Zn30 In Ear Headphones is flat, actually looks like a little bit like linguine, and it helps prevent the cord from tangling easily. It also has a matte finish which prevents the cord from getting scruffs easily.
FSL_Zinc_Zn30_In_Eat_Headphones.jpg
The FSL Zinc Zn30 Earphones are comfortable and I like that it has different sized silicone ear tips. My daughters, who are 4 and 6, can borrow this because the smallest ear tip can fit their ears.

I also like that this includes a hard case because I can store the earphones there as well as protect it. The crystal clear sound makes listening to music a pleasure and the not-too-bass-y sound makes this earphones perfect for me to relax as well. Listening to music for hours doesn't make my ears hurt while using the FSL Zinc Zn30 Earphones. This is nice because some earphones I've tried before makes my ears hurt so I can't use them that long.

This is a nice quality earphones and I like how it looks.

You can purchase the FSL Zinc Zn30 In Ear Headphones HERE.

Bluetooth Wireless Talk n' Walk Premium Stereo Headphones From REBELITE Review

Rebelite_Bluetooth_Stereo_Headphones.jpg
I love listening to music on my free time or when I'm doing something else like cleaning. I prefer a wireless headphones when I listen to music because wires can be a hassle specially when I'm cleaning. Although there are times when I still use a wired headphones/ear phones, most of the time, I use a wireless one.

When I received the Rebelite Bluetooth Wireless Talk n' Walk Premium Stereo Headphones, I was quite excited to try it. This is available in 4 colors and for a change, I chose the lime green color.
Rebelite_Bluetooth_Stereo_Headphones.jpg
The Headphones arrived in a nice looking box. At the back, there is a list of product features of the headphones.
Rebelite_Bluetooth_Stereo_Headphones.jpg
Inside the box, it contained the following:
- Lime Green Rebelite Headphones
- USB cable
- instruction page

The headphones have a black and lime green color. The strap headband is made out of plastic and it can be adjusted. The 2 ear pieces have a soft and cushioned ear pad.
Rebelite_Bluetooth_Stereo_Headphones.jpg
The headphones have a label on each side of the headphones and on the right ear piece are the controls used to control the headphones, the on/off switch, the micro-USB charging port and the 3.5 mm jack at the bottom.

There is also a small LED light indicator located below the skip forward button which shows the status of the headphones whether it's pairing, charging or in use.

Pairing the Rebelite Bluetooth Wireless Talk n' Walk Premium Stereo Headphones is easy and quick. For first time pairing, after switching the headphones on, the LED light blinks an alternating red and blue light. My smartphone and iPad mini automatically detected the Rebelite Stereo Headphones and  just had to click the name of the bluetooth headphones on my phone and it didn't require me to input any codes. According to the instruction manual, if it asks for a code, enter "0000". After the first time pairing, the Rebelite blue tooth headphones automatically connects to my phone/tablet as soon as I turn it on as long as the blue tooth on my device is turned on as well.

The cushioned ear pad is really comfortable on my ears. I watched more than 4 episodes of Game Of Thrones using this and my ears didn't hurt at all. I love that this is so comfortable since most headphones I've tried makes my ear hurt after I've used it for a few hours.

The controls are easy to use as well. I also tried making a call with this headphones and the sound and quality of the call is nice. The sound quality of the music is clear as well. Playing time is approximately more than 4 hours in median volume setting (I estimated the time because this lasted in continuous play for more than 4 episodes of Game of Thrones) and charging time is approximately 2 hours. The red LED light means active charging and when the headphones is fully charged, the light turns off.

There is also a 3.5 mm jack at the bottom of the right earpiece to plug this in a device with no bluetooth capabilities. I did have to turn on the bluetooth headphones even though I plugged it in a 3.5 mm jack so it still consumes batteries.

This headphones is charged using the USB cable included in the box. I noticed a static/crackling sound when the Rebelite Headphones' volume level is set to a lower setting but the static/crackling sound goes away when the volume is set up to the medium/high setting. This can be also used as a noise cancellation headphones when volume is set up to the highest level.

I like how simple it is to use this headphones and I love how comfortable it is on my ears. The continuous play time is a bit short compared to my other blue tooth headphones at home but this might be the most comfortable among the ones I've tried.

You can watch my video review below. :)

PickGeek Guitar And Base Pick Set Review

PickGeekGuitarAndBasePickSet.jpg
I only play the guitar a little bit but I've come to like the idea of using picks when I'm playing and studying the cords and strumming the guitar. I was sent a pack of PickGeek Guitar and Base Pick Set and I looked forward to trying it.
PickGeekGuitarAndBasePickSet.jpg
The PickGeek Guitar and Base Pick Set arrived in a metal "click-clack" container. This means that to open the metal case, I press the middle portion of the lid until I hear a "click" sound. To close the lid of the metal case, I press the sides of the lid until I hear a "clack" sound.

The metal case holds the 16 guitar picks included in the PickGeek Set.
PickGeekGuitarAndBasePickSet.jpg
The PickGeek Pick Set came in 8 different designs, two of each design, and 4 different thickness:

  • Extra Heavy (1.5mm)
  • Heavy (0.96mm)
  • Medium (0.71mm)
  • Thin (0.46mm)
PickGeekGuitarAndBasePickSet.jpg
I love the bright and bold designs of each pick and each design has a corresponding thickness.
PickGeekGuitarAndBasePickSet.jpg
The PickGeek Guitars make strumming the guitar easier for me. I also love how I don't have to use my fingers to strum anymore. I can choose which thickness I like to use because the set includes different pick thickness already.

The metal casing helps in keeping my picks in place. I often lose guitar picks because they're too small but since there's a casing for these, I can just store them there after I use them.

You can purchase the PickGeek Guitar and Base Pick Set HERE with free shipping if you are a Prime member.

60 Guitar Picks In A Sturdy Case From Tanbi Review + Giveaway 3/30 US/CAN

TanbiGuitarPicks.jpg
I'm not a professional guitar player and I honestly only play the guitar a little bit. My sister knows more a lot about guitars than me and plays better but we both just learned by ourselves. I know how to use a pick to play the guitar but I really don't know why there are different sizes and I use one based on the color. :)

After researching a bit, I learned that different pick sizes produce different tones when playing the guitar and I was excited to have learned this.

When I received the guitar picks from Tanbi, I was super excited to try each pick. There are 60 picks included and a sturdy, plastic case which can carry up to 100 guitar picks. There are 7 compartments available to easily sort the picks by thickness.

Each case of picks includes the following pick thickness:
- 0.6mm (yellow)
- 0.73mm (green)
- 0.88mm (blue)
- 1mm (purple)
- 1.14mm (pink)

Since they're color coordinated, it's much easier to pick the right pick thickness.
TanbiGuitarPicks.jpg
I like how these picks are easy to grasp and hold. They are sturdy and durable.
TanbiGuitarPicks.jpg
I also like the variety of pick thickness available because I can experiment and learn how the tones differ with each pick. They're easy to use and since there's a lot, I gave my sister a few picks so that she can use it too.

The plastic case closes easily and stays closed so I can bring it on the go. I like the extra space because I can place my old picks here too. :)

You can visit the Tanbi website HERE to learn more about their other products.

MY REVIEW:

This is the third CD album I've reviewed by Jammy Jams and me and my daughters liked the first two albums. I received another opportunity to listen to another album from Jammy Jams which is the Once Upon a Rhyme: Lullaby Renditions of Hip-Hop Classics album.

I'm not much of a hip-hop music fan but I know a few. The Jammy Jams' Once Upon a Rhyme: Lullaby Renditions of Hip-Hop classics features hip-hop songs turned into soothing, instrumental sounds which is very soothing and calming. There are only 3 songs in the tracks I'm familiar of (Hey Ya, The Real Slim Shady and Gangsta's Paradise) but I had fun listening to the other tracks as well. My daughters weren't familiar with the songs too but they said they liked it.
