Aztec Gold Chia Seeds Review

Aztec_Chia_Seeds.jpg
My sister introduced me to chia seeds when she visited us and I was impressed at how healthy and delicious these seeds are. I researched more about them and, the more I learned more about them, the more drawn I am to incorporate them in my diet. Of course, considering that it taste good, I can't stand eating healthy foods which doesn't taste good, I don't feel burdened when I add this to my food.

When I was offered to try the Aztec Gold Chia Seeds, I looked forward to trying it since I already add chia seeds to my meals.

Here is a quick product description from the company:

I love adding Chia seeds to my drinks because they make my drinks have texture. The seeds doesn't have any taste and I like to let them soak in my drink for about an hour first so that their texture would be similar to small pieces of popping jellies. As they absorb liquid, the chia seeds become jelly-like which I really like. I also like adding the chia seeds to my yogurt and cereals.

Some of the health benefits of chia seeds are:

- Higher than flax seeds in OMEGA-3 & 6 essential fatty acids
- Provides 18 amino acids including Lysine and Arginine
- Also helps with skin and scalp care because it is a source of Proline, the major constituent of COLLAGEN.
- Great source of Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, and Phosphorus, plus the trace elements Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Iron, Boron and Strontium.

The Aztec Gold Chia Seeds are high quality and I like that these are great to mix in drinks, cereals and other food. I don't have to sacrifice my taste buds when I add the chia seeds to my food because it doesn't have any taste and in fact adds texture to my food. I love this and would recommend it to those who want to try healthy food options.

I prefer and HIIT workout because I like how I can burn more calories in a shorter period of time. I can say that I burn more calories doing an HIIT workout because I always wear my heart rate monitor when I workout so I have proof that doing an HIIT workout is more effective for me.

When I recieved the HIIT: The Game by Strength Stack 52, I looked forward to trying it and see how it would challenge me.

I love how each time I do the HIIT: The GAme by Strength Stack 52, I get a different set of workout moves and depends on what cards I draw.
HIIT:The_Game_By_Strength_Stack_52.jpg
I also like how I can modify the intensity of my workout according to what I my body is able to do. I can amp up my routine as I gain more strength and endurance.

What's also great about these cards are the fact that I don't need any exercise equipment. I only need a small space for my workout which works well with me because we live in an apartment. This is effective in shooting up my heart rate in a short period of time which is my main goal.

I also like that hubby and I can do this together since we can draw separate cards or do the cards one of us drew together. It's a fun way which is unique and never gets me bored. It's simple and yet it's effective in getting me breathless.

You can purchase the HIIT: The Game by Strength Stack 52 HERE.

MY REVIEW:

I loved the previous Beginner's Salsa DVD by SalsaCrazy and I've progressed from having no idea how to dance Salsa to one who can dance Salsa properly. Take note, properly not professionally.

The Salsa Dance Workout is a nice, low impact cardio exercise routine meant for beginners. Since I already do a much advance workout, this DVD is enough to make my heart race but not enough to race my BPM to compare to the usual workout DVDs I do at home. Another thing I noticed is that this DVD has lots of spins and turns during the latter part of the workout routine and some of it made me dizzy. I do get dizzy easily so if you're sensitive to turns, twirls and spins, then I suggest you only do the first parts of the DVD or be careful with the latter part where the spins and turns are more common.

The thing I loved about this DVD is how fun it is to do the workout routine. It feels like I'm just dancing instead of exercising. I hate boring routines so this one really stood out. I would add this in addition to my other workout videos instead of doing just this because as I've said, I'm more used to harder and more advanced workout routines.

You can purchase the Salsa Dance Workout DVD HERE with free shipping if you are a Prime member.
