I bring a portable wireless speaker when we go swimming or when we used to go pier fishing so that we can listen to music while I keep my phone safe in my bag. That's why, when I received the AYL portable bluetooth wireless speaker, I looked forward to trying it. Before I head on over to my review, here's a quick product description from the company:

The AYL portable bluetooth speaker arrived in a nice box. Inside the box were the following: green AYL SoundFit Bluetooth Speaker, USB Charging Cable, AUX 3.5 mm Audio Cable, a black pouch and a user manual.

The speaker looks very durable and heavy duty. It measures 3.6 x 2 x 3.9 inches and weighs 9.4 oz. The manual is easy to understand.

There are 4 specially marked control buttons located on the top area which is clearly labeled. One button is used to turn the speaker on/off. The next button is used to lower the volume of the speaker, next one is used to play or pause music and is also used to answer or end calls. The last button is used to turn the volume up.

 The micro-USB slot and the 3.5 mm AUX jack is located on the side of the speaker.

The micro-USB and 3.5 mm AUX jack has a cover which is nice because it covers the ports when not in use. I also like that there's a 3.5 mm AUX jack and a 3.5 mm AUX audio cable because I can also connect my MP3 cable which doesn't have any blue tooth capabilities.

It was easy to pair the wireless speaker with my phone and has a range of 33 ft. The batteries are rechargeable and since the speaker came with a little charge, I was able to try it immediately.  The charging time is about 4 hours and the batteries can last up to 10 hours. I would say that the quality of the sound is great because of the powerful 5-watt audio driver. I can hear every note of the music loud and clear and unlike some cheaper speakers, The AYL speaker have bass.

The compact speaker is waterproof level IPX5 protected so I can bring it in the shower, use it beside the pool or even in the rain. But, even  though it says in the product description that it can withstand accidental drop in water, I didn't try submerging it on water. The description says to just let it dry out before using it again.

I like how the casing is somewhat rubberized and has notches all around that makes it withstand occasional bumps. Overall, The AYL speaker is impressive.

Scented Pink Lightning To USB Cable From MobileEsprit Review

I've been given the chance to try several lightning to USB cable by MobileEsprit in the past and recently, I was given the chance to try their scented pink lightning to USB cable. What I love about the charging cables from MobileEsprit is that they're unique and cute. All of the cables I've tried from them also doesn't give an error message when I charge my iPad mini.

 The MobileEsprit's scented pink lightning to USB cable has a nice, metallic pink colored cord. It has a nice, subtle, rose scent which I can only smell when I place it under my nose.

This charging cable is approximately 1 meter in length. This is a nice length for me because I can easily position my device properly on higher places like a desk or table.

What matters to me is that this charging cable doesn't give any error messages when I charge my iPad mini. No matter how cute any charging cable is, if it gives an error message when I charge my iPad mini, then I wouldn't use it.

TunePhonik iXR5 In-ear Headphones Review

I've always loved listening to music when I'm doing something. For me, it helps me think, relax and be more productive. When I was still in school, I would listen to music while studying as well as fall asleep to it. That's why, I would always have a pair of earphones wherever I go.

When I received the TunePhonik iXR5 in-ear headphones, I looked forward to trying it because I regularly use earphones or headphones to listen to music.

The TunePhonik iXR5 In-ear Headphones arrived in a nice box and for me, the packaging looks really great.

This set of earphones has a black and red color and for me, again, it looks really cool and nice. The earphones came with a pre-attached ear gel and 3 extra pairs with different sizes: small, medium and large.

 Each ear piece has a L or R label on the back part which is nice because I wouldn't have to guess which ear piece goes to which ear.

The cord has a flat, linguine-looking style which makes the cord less prone to tangles. The cord measures approximately 48 inches in length. The cord also has a silicone-type outer coating which I think is great because it prevents the cords from getting scruffs and scratches easily.

There is a button which can play/pause music or videos and this can also be used to answer/end calls. This is very responsive and I like that in 1 press, it serves its purpose.

The ear pieces have a curved design and for me, this feature is nice because it effectively stays in place. I also noticed that these are more comfortable compared to my earphones with a straight earpiece design.

The 3.5 mm jack is gold plated and has a right angle design. For me, I like this design better compared to the jack with a straight angle design because the jack is less prone to bending. The sound quality is very nice and bass is about 7/10.

This in-ear headphones also has a microphone for hands-free calling. Aside from that, this in-ear headphones is also effective to cancel outside noise. If I turn up the volume to more than middle setting on my phone, I couldn't hear anything but the music.

For me, I mainly use this to listen to music and I love how clear and nice the sound is.

XSBOOM Super Tiny Bluetooth Wireless Speaker Review

I like to use a blue tooth speaker at home and specially when we're out on a trip, like pier fishing, because it's easier to use and I don't have to deal with plugs and cords. I've tried several blue tooth speakers already and none of them can beat the size of the XSBoom Speaker I recently received.

The XSBoom Bluetooth Wireless Speaker comes in 4 colors and I was sent the blue one to try. I was amazed because this bluetooth speaker measures just 1.9" x 1.7", which is about the same size as a large egg. YES! It's that small!

There is a single button under the speaker which is used to turn the speaker on as well as turn it off. As soon as I turned it on, my smartphone automatically found it and I easily paired it with no codes needed.

The XSBoom Bluetooth Wireless Speaker came with a USB to 3.5 mm jack which is used to charge the speaker and a 3.5 mm jack which is used to connect this to a non-blue tooth device. This also came with a carrying pouch which is nice.

I love how small, portable and light this blue tooth speaker is and yet, at the same time, the sound quality is very clear. The volume is controlled and dependent on the device but this speaker magnifies the volume to up to twice the original sound from my phone's speaker alone.

Charging time is approximately just over an hour and ever since I charged this about a week ago, I still haven't charged it ever since. I've been using this for an hour everyday and I am amazed that it still has battery charge available.

Once I've paired it to my phone, it automatically connects to my phone if my phone's blue tooth is turned on. It's very user friendly and I like how this tiny speaker delivers crystal clear, high quality sound. I didn't hear any distortion or crackling sound while using this but the range is shorter compared to my other bluetooth speaker.

Fusion4K High Speed 4K HDMI Cable Review

I switched to using HDMI cables to connect our devices on our TV because this makes picture quality a lot more clearer compared to the A/V jack before. I looked forward to trying out the Fusion 4K HDMI cable and see how it would work. Here is a quick product description from the company:

I received the Fusion 4K High Speed 4K HDMI 3 ft. cable.

This cord is shorter but heavier compared to my other HDMI cables at home because of the super thick cord.

It's easy to install since I just have to plug one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on our TV and the other end on our Roku.

The 3 ft. cable is a bit short but since our Roku is just under our TV, the length was just right. Fusion4K offers longer HDMI cables which is nice.

I like how thick the cord of the Fusion4K HDMI cable is because it looks durable. I also love how this made the picture quality really clear. I also like how I can use this cable when I want to connect my laptop to our TV.

Cute And Comfortable Kids Headphones From Snug Plug N Play Review

When my daughters watch the egg surprise videos on youtube, I often tell them to lower the volume because I do need silence to concentrate. I let them use an in-ear headphones for them but I noticed that they easily break these because they often stand up and pull on the cable so I think that damages the headphones.

When I received the Snug Plug N Play Kids Headphones, I was quite excited to let them try these because this is made for kids.

I chose the purple color for the Snug Plug N Play Kids Headphones. This is made of thick plastic which has an adjustable head piece.

Both ear pieces are lined with a super soft material to keep their ears comfortable while using the headphones. The ear pieces are smaller compared to a regular headphones so I like that this is fitted for children and kids. The cable measures 1.2 meters and is also thicker (comparing to my iPad mini's charger) so I'm hoping this would be durable even when they accidentally pull on the cables.

Each headpiece is also labeled with R or L. My 6 year old daughter knows her right and left already so this is helpful for her.

The Snug Plug N PlayKids Headphones' volume isn't adjustable so I have to use the volume control of my device to turn the volume up or down. The 3.5 mm universal headphone jack is compatible with my Huawei Ascend Mate 2 phone, Moto G, iPad mini, Toshiba laptop and HP desktop computer. The sound quality is decent and perfect for kids.
