Adjustable Hand Grip Strengthener Review
This is an adjustable hand grip strengthener, great for rehabilitation, musicians or anyone who is looking to increase their hand and forearm strength.
- Adjustable Resistance Levels from 22-70 lbs (10-32 kg)
- Comfortable Anti-Slip Handles that fits all hand sizes
- Measures 6" x 4" small enough to fit into a pocket, purse, backpack or gym bag
- High quality long lasting stainless steel spring, no dangerous externally mounted springs being stretched
The handles are made out of smooth plastic which doesn't bend easily. The handles are durable since they're hard and yet they're comfortable to hold.
The most confusing thing is the part where I tried to adjust the hand grip strengthener. I thought the gray round dial on top of the hand grip strengthener was used to adjust the resistance but after turning it for quite a while, it didn't do anything. I searched and found out that to adjust the resistance, I have to pull the handles away from each other and then move the spring downwards. Adjusting the resistance was a bit hard for me since the handles were a bit firm and hard to pull apart.
Other than that, I love how I can use this while watching TV or when listening to music. I can also use it during my free time. I like how I can feel my grip strengthening and I love how the tension on my hands, wrist and fingers are somewhat relieved by using this.
