KANAS 48 Premium Chalkboard Labels Review

Chalkboard labels are such a popular product now and who wouldn't love them? They're very handy in labeling various household products like our drawers, jars, folders, and a lot more.

The KANAS Premium Chalkboard Labels came in a pack of 48 chalkboard labels with 4 different designs.

The labels came in 3 sheets and I like the huge number of labels included in each pack.

The surface of the KANAS Chalkboard Labels have a semi-rough feel which makes writing on them easier. I can use my liquid chalk markers and although I haven't tried it yet, chalks and chalk paint can also be used to write on these labels.

I labeled my daughters' accessories drawers and I like how perfect the size of these labels are. I can write the labels in a larger font so that I can easily read them. If I needed a smaller label, I can just cut these in half or smaller so that I can label our condiment containers.

What's more interesting is that these labels are reusable and rewritable. At least for our drawers, I can remove the chalkboard labels and re-stick them on another drawer. I can also erase the label I wrote with a wet wipe and write a new one without having to worry about remnants of the previous label. The chalk markers wipe off clean and I have no problems rewriting a new label because the surface of the labels doesn't change.

These KANAS 48 Premium Chalkboard Labels are very handy and nice to use for various products. Although I've never tried to wash a jar with these labels, they are supposed to be waterproof as well.

Coosh 8mm Tempered Glass Platform Digital Bathroom Scale Review

I've tried quite a number of digital bathroom scales and the first thing I look for in a scale is it's accuracy to measure my weight. Regardless of how high-tech the scale is or how popular the brand is, if it's not accurate, I wouldn't bother using it.

I remember the first digital weighing scale I bought was made by a popular brand of weight loss products. Although it's their simplest one, I noticed how inaccurate my weight measurement would be. My weight would differ everyday and every time I have to use it, I have to tap it out and wait for it to ready itself before I can step on it.

When I received the Coosh 8 mm. Tempered Glass Platform Digital Bathroom Scale, I looked forward to trying it because it's simple and I wanted to see if it was accurate.

The Coosh Digital Bathroom Scale is topped with an 8 mm. tempered glass platform. It has a 0.2 lb precision and has a wide, 39 cm. platform. There's also a 4.5" LCD display for better visualization of the weight displayed.

The Coosh Digital Bathroom Scale has a very nice, sleek, black design. It is a bit heavy but is slim. The weight display can be changed either to pounds or Kilograms.

The Coosh Digital Bathroom Scale is much simpler than my current digital bathroom scale BUT the most important thing is that it is accurate. I compared my weight measurement here to my current digital bathroom scale and they actually displayed the same weight measurement.

I liked the auto-tap on feature of the scale because I just have to step on the scale and it automatically measures my weight. This is an easy to use scale and automatically shuts off for me so the batteries' lives are saved even if I forget to turn it off. The large LCD display helps me read the measurement easily even if I have a poor eyesight. It doesn't have a back light though so I have to use this in a well-lit room.

The Coosh Digital Bathroom Scale is simple yet accurate so for those who are looking for a simplem easy-to-use scale, this is a nice product to try. Oh, and it already comes with batteries so that's a plus too! :)

The Firstchefpro Dual Julienne Vegetable Peeler arrived in a white box. The peeler has a label on its handle, a stainless steel finish and looks shiny and kind of pretty in its peeler way.

There are 2 sides on the peeler. The side with the "teeth" or lots of blades is used to make Julienne-cut vegetables.

The other side with a wide blade is used to peel the skin of fruits and vegetables.

The 2 small "knobs" at each side of the peeler also has their own purpose. The rounded one is used to remove the eyes on potatoes. It can also be used to carve the skin of thick fruits like oranges to decorate it. The other knob, which is is similar to a triangle is also used to carve the skin of thicker fruits like oranges.

What I love about the Firstchefpro Dual Julienne Vegetable Peeler is the fact that it's ultra sharp. I don't need to put in much pressure and effort to peel fruits and vegetables as well as make Julienne-cut vegetables.

The handle is the right size to hold the Dual Julienne Vegetable Peeler with ease. It also has a hook at the bottom part so that I can hang it on our wall to keep my daughters from reaching it.

Cleaning the peeler is also very easy. I just put soap on the peeler then rinse it under running water. If there are some stuck vegetables on the Julienne blade, I just soak it in warm water to loosen up the pieces of vegetables. I wouldn't dare scrub the blades because they are really sharp. :) This is also supposed to be dishwasher safe although I prefer to hand wash it.

I believe good manners should be taught to children because it will be a huge plus in their personality when they grow up. With the Berenstain Bears' Please & Thank You book, it teaches toddlers and kids 3 words which are very important to say every time ask for something and what to say after they get what they asked for.

My 2 daughters, who are 3 and 6, sometimes forget to say these 3 words and for me, there is still time to instill in them good manners. When I read the book to them, my 3 year old daughter looked at the pictures while my 6 year old daughter read with me.

The Berenstain Bears' Please & Thank You book have wonderful and colorful illustrations. It is a board book so my 3 year old daughter can flip the pages on her own.

I read the book to them and my 3 year old daughter was fast to fill in the blanks when I asked her what she should say in every scenario in the book which needs the words "Please, Thank You and You're Welcome". This is a nice book to read for toddlers because it's simple to understand and direct to the point.

I love how this book reminded my daughters how to have good manners and the proper words to say when they ask for something, when they get what they asked for and what to say if somebody says Thank You to them.

MY REVIEW:

I've always loved paranormal and fantasy romance books and I've read quite a number of books in this genre. So, when I heard about the book, Wicka: The Chronicles of Elizabeth Blake, I was quite excited to read the novel.

The book, Wicka: The Chronicles of Elizabeth Blake is a nice read for young adults or teens who love paranormal and fantasy romance books. I loved getting to know each character and the story is very interesting. It is fast paced and, as a fast reader, I finished the book in just a few hours.

The first few paragraphs of the book caught my attention and I wasn't able to put the book down. The story is captivating and I just had to see what will happen next on each chapter. I like how light and innocent this book is and how age-appropriate it is for young adults. I also like how this book has a combination of romance, humor, action and a bit of drama.

I loved how this novel brought me to a place where witches exist. Each character is interesting and I loved how Christy brought life to each character. The main protagonist, Elizabeth, is a smart and interesting girl and I like how she was portrayed. I love how she and William both fell in love at first sight and how their relationship developed throughout the story.

I was kind of sad when I reached the last page of the book because it really left me hanging. This has a wonderful story and I can't wait for the next book!

I rarely answer calls when I'm driving because I always want my focus to be on the road. If it's not an emergency call, I leave the call to go to voice mail, then I'll just call the person who called me back. The only time I use my phone when I'm in the car is if I wanted to play my downloaded playlist of songs. When I do this, I need a phone mount to keep my phone in sight so I can easily skip or replay a song.

I've tried several phone mounts and all of them have different features. All of the phone mounts I've tried has 1 similar feature though: the mountable base with a suction cup. That was until I tried the Dash Mate Car Vent Phone Mount.

The Dash Mate Car Vent Phone Mount is unique because instead of a suction base, this phone mount clips onto my car vent. No suction cups, no sticky pads or anything. Just the rubber clip-on part.

This fits devices with a width of 2.5 inches to 3.5 inches because it's expandable.

It also rotates 360 degrees so that I can adjust how I want my phone to the angle I wanted.

Although the Dash Mate grips my phone tightly in a vertical position, I prefer my phone in a horizontal position because I feel it's much safer and more effective to keep my phone in place.

I have a rubber casing for my Moto G and even without the rubber casing, the Dash Mate grips my Moto G effectively. My phone neither slips nor falls off.

My sister tried to place her iPhone 5 with a metal casing but her phone slowly slips when the Dash Mate is in a vertical position. It has no problems holding the phone in a vertical position though.

My phone does get cold after a while when my air conditioner is turned on and I don't clip my phone here when the car heater is on. For me, this is perfect to use when my windows are rolled down.

This is a nice and effective phone mount and I like how unique it is. I don't have to worry about suction bases losing suction or sticky pads losing stickiness because this works as a clip-on. The rubber clip-on at the back looks durable because it hasn't loosened up yet and I hope it'll last a long time.
