The Midori Spring's Ceremonial Emerald Matcha Green Tea arrived in a sealed tin can. The matcha green tea powder is packed in a separate sealed foil wrapper which is nice because it kept the matcha green tea powder fresh.

Upon opening the sealed foil wrapper, I instantly whiffed a scent of the matcha green tea. It smelled creamy and herbal at the same time. The powder has a dark green color (darker than the photo) and has a super fine texture (similar to a confectioner's sugar).

For every serving, I only use 1/2 teaspoon of the Midori Spring's Organic Ceremonial Matcha Green Tea. I like to make this with 6 ounces of non-fat milk because the milk enhances the creaminess of the matcha green tea. I like how this tasted because it has a hint of sweetness, earthiness and creaminess in it. There is a subtle bitter taste but that doesn't linger and produce a bitter aftertaste.

If prepared correctly, the matcha green tea powder dissolves easily and completely without forming any lumps. I like drinking this mid afternoon because it gives me energy without the jitters. It also keeps me full which is great so that I don't crave for afternoon snacks anymore.

The Smarter Rest Memory Foam Pillow is different than my current pillows because it has a contoured design. I'll tell you more about this wonderful design below.

Aside from that, the pillow have raised grooves which helps in keeping my head cool at night because it helps circulate the under my head. These raised grooves are soft and doesn't feel uncomfortable at all which is really nice.

The Smarter Rest Memory Foam Pillow has a white, super soft and smooth zippered cover which can be removed so that it can be washed separately. The pack also came with a sleep mask (hubby can use this since he can't sleep even with the slightest light) and 2 pairs of memory foam ear plugs (again for hubby since he can't sleep with the slightest noise). I kept the pillow since he doesn't use a pillow. :)

The Smarter Rest Memory Foam Pillow isn't firm and it isn't soft either. It has this perfect balance of firmness and softness which felt like it's cradling my head. It molds to the shape of my head. The contoured, dual lobe design helps in keeping my shoulder and neck from getting strained (because of the lower lobe) and it elevates my head to help keep me from snoring (because of the higher lobe).

I also love how I wake up feeling refreshed and energized when I started using this pillow. There are less episodes of me waking in the middle of the night and I haven't felt any stiff neck and sore shoulders yet.

This is smaller compared to a standard sized pillow, measures 21.5 x 11.8 x 3.5 inches, so I have to fold our standard-sized pillow cases to fit the size of the Smarter Rest Pillow. But, the smaller size doesn't really bother me since the design and the feel of the pillow is really nice.

The Stop Snoring Bundle from Snoring Solutions came with the following:

The jaw strap has a soft material which is a bit stretchy. It has 2 velcro snaps which holds the jaw strap in place.

The instruction pamphlet shows how to use the jaw strap and is very easy to follow. I like that I can adjust the tightness of the jaw strap because of the velcro snaps and I also like that it feels comfortable.

The snore cones came in 4 different sizes but it's nice because I was able to choose which size was most comfortable for me. It did feel a bit weird at first, since something is pressing against my septum, but nonetheless, it did feel much okay with prolonged use.

The stop snoring bundle is effective in lessening my snoring episodes and I like how easy it is to use. The jaw strap sometimes comes off, specially because I toss and turn in my sleep, but most of the time, it stays in place.

Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor With Backlit LCD Display By Coosh Review

I've already tried several brands of Blood Pressure Monitors and what I like about trying new ones out is to see if they are accurate. I compare both readings and see if both BP measurements are close to each other. Recently, I received the Coosh Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor and I was super excited to try it.

With just 1 push of the On/Off button, the BP monitor automatically inflates the cuff link and takes my blood pressure in about 30 seconds. After that, the cuff link is also automatically deflated and the measurement is displayed for about a minute then the blood pressure monitor automatically turns off.

Aside from my blood pressure, the Coosh Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor also measures my pulse rate per minute and has a WHO Classification Indicator on the left side of the screen.

I like how big the LCD display is and that it has a back light too. This makes it easy to see the blood pressure reading even if it's a bit dim. This also stores up to 90 blood pressure measurements which is nice but this is only programmed for a single person memory storage. Hubby can also use this but that defeats the purpose of tracking my own blood pressure reading since it'll also store hubby's measurement.

The cuff link included is for an adult arm only. It can be used for an arm circumference of 22 to 32 cm. The Blood Pressure Monitor is light and compact and the carrying pouch included makes this easy to bring on the go.

This is an accurate blood pressure monitor and I like how easy it is to use. It is great for personal use and I love the large, backlit LCD display.

 When I opened the plastic, the pillow continue to fluff up by itself.
