The main reason why I take a probiotic is because it helps a lot in regulating my bowel movement. Ever since I was young, I had problems with irregular bowel movement and constipation. The white capsule is the probioic and the yellowish, bigger one is the Omega-3/fish oil supplement. Each capsule and soft gel packed in a foil pack which I think is more hygienic because I wouldn't have to touch the other supplements when I take a dose.

The directions were to take one capsule and one soft gel twice a day so I take it every morning and night. For me, it doesn't matter if I take it with or without food.

I like how the probiotic regularized my bowel movement. I didn't feel any stomach discomfort such as bloating and gassy feeling so that's nice too. The fish oil/omega-3 supplement didn't give me any fishy burps or after-taste.

I've been taking the Coconut Cleanse By Island Vibrance for a week now and my bowel movements have improved a lot. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. It took 2 days before I started excreting everything I ate and am eating (there's a lot in the toilet bowl!) and it kind of looks soft, mushy and sometimes a bit watery.

What I like about this colon cleanse is that it doesn't cause any stomach discomfort. I do feel like I have a mild diarrhea minus the stomach cramps. I also don't feel gassy and bloated. The capsules have an herbal taste when I take it but it doesn't cause any burpy aftertaste.

The only thing I'm confused about is how many days I'm supposed to take this supplement. Other types of colon cleanses I've taken before should only be taken 7 to 10 days maximum. The Coconut Colon Cleanse says in the directions to use it as directed and in front of the bottle, it states that this is a 30-day supply. So I'm thinking this should be taken for 30 days straight.

Other than that confusing direction, or lack of direction, this is a nice and gentle colon cleanse which is effective. I can say that it's gentle because it removes everything out without causing any stomach discomfort. I also like the fact that it's made of herbs and plants.
