If you love to cook, then the Herb Scissors from X-Chef is of great help in the kitchen but, if you love veggies and salads, then this product is a must have in the kitchen. I received the scissors neatly packed in a box. It came with a protective plate cover and a service zone manual. Just be careful when sliding the scissors in the case.

 The scissors have 5 blades included. I like this specific design because it cuts and saves time cutting leafy veggies and herbs.

Sometimes, 1 of the outer blade doesn't go in the case and it can hurt your fingers. So be sure that all 5 blades are in before pushing the scissors inward. The culinary scissors are made from food-grade stainless steel so they're always safe to use with veggies/herbs and heavy-duty steel rivets that hold scissor blades together securely so they always perform consistently. The handle looks durable and has a non slip grip for easy and fast cutting. It has 5 sharp blades that make it easy to cut large quantity efficiently. Now I can cut and produce chopped herbs directly as I put it in my dish or plate. I can cut, chop, mince, trim, snip, and shear my salad with just the X-Chef scissors. Cozyna Ceramic Burr Manual Coffee Grinder

I always start my day with coffee and sometimes during weekends I go for a second cup at the end of the day. I usually buy my coffee at the coffee shop or sometimes, I just brew it using my Keurig. I love coffee and I know that nothing beats the taste and aroma of coffee that is made with freshly grounded coffee beans so, I was excited to try the Cozyna Ceramic Burr Manual Coffee Grinder.

I received the product in a simple box . The grinder consist of 4 parts: the handle, the cover that has the knob for the handle on top, the middle part where you place the coffee beans and has the black ceramic burr at the bottom and the removable base part which holds the grounded coffee.

The grinder is slender and measures 7 inches in lenght and 1.75 inches in width and weighs less than 9 oz. It is made of durable stainless steel material that can easily be hold with 1 hand while rotating the handle clockwise with the other hand.

The black ceramic burr can be adjusted to your desired coffee granule size by turning it clockwise or counterclockwise. Turning it clockwise would result to a finer coffee ground and turning it counter clockwise would result to a coarser coffee ground.

One thing I noticed was that the ceramic knob doesn't have any markings on how fine or coarse the ground is so I had to experiment and turn it a few times before I found the right ground for me.

This is easy to use. I just have to fill the barrel with coffee beans, not more than 3/4 full, and then attach the lever to the top knob. For me, filling it more than 3/4 full makes it harder to ground the coffee.

The Cozyna Manual Coffee Grinder is specifically designed for the Aeropress but I brew the ground coffee on my refillable Keurig K-cup. This is compact, easy to clean and I like that I can take it on the go as well.

IceCubby Large Ice Storage Holder By Pratico Kitchen Review

We make our own ice at home using an ice mold because first, a 7 lb. bag ice doesn't have a space on our freezer and second, we don't have a refrigerator which dispenses ice cubes. Ts can store 4-2.5 ice spheres or 4-2.25 inch ice cubes. For me, I also like using it to store smaller ice cubes and I like how it keeps the ice cubes frozen and tasting fresh. It helps keep the ice cubes in absorbing fish-y or other odors in our freezer.

This is easy to clean and I like that we always have spare ice cubes in the freezer. Now, we never run out of ice cubes because we know that it's time to pop out and make new ice cubes when the IceCubby is empty.

ROHA Set Of Stainless Steel Measuring Spoon Review

 Before, I used to use plastic measuring spoons and the problem was, the measurements would start to fade after a few washes, specially if I accidentally scrub it a bit hard. When I received the Roha stainless steel measuring spoons, I looked forward to trying it and compare it to my current measuring spoons.

The Roha measuring spoons are made of stainless steel and came in a set of 4 different measuring spoons which are: 1/4 tsp., 1/2 tsp., 1 tsp. and 1 tbsp. These also came with a key ring to hold the measuring spoons together as well as make it easy to hang these.

 What I love about these is that the measurements are engraved on the handle of the spoons. That means, I wouldn't have to worry about the measurements fading over time. Each tsp. measurement also has an engraved ml. equivalent below it.

These measuring spoons are thin and lightweight making them easy to use and hold. The handles are long enough so that I can easily hold it properly. Since they are thin, I can bend them easily but I can also easily straighten them out. They don't break even if I bend them a bit so they are durable.

The Roha Measuring Spoons are simple yet they work as they should. They're easy to use, have smooth edges and easy to clean as well.

ROHA Digital Kitchen Scale Review

I use a kitchen scale to weigh and measure my food portion daily as well as use it to measure ingredients. In the morning, I use a kitchen scale to weigh my cereals, milk and almonds. For this, I like to use a kitchen scale with a Tare function so that I can zero out the weight of the cereals and then continue on adding the almonds and then the milk. When I received the Roha Digital Kitchen Scale, I looked forward to trying it and see how it would compare to my current digital kitchen scale.

The Roha Digital Kitchen Scale arrived in a box. I received the black weighing scale which measures 15x20x2cm. It came with 2xAAA batteries and a paper instruction guide. The box says it uses 2xCR2032 batteries which is a bit of a discrepancy since this works on 2 x AAA batteries. Not a big deal for me but it's nice if they can reprint it for other buyers.

The Roha Digital Kitchen Scale has a tempered glass platform with 2 very sensitive touch buttons. On the left lower side is the On button/Tare and on the right lower side is the Unit button. This can weigh anything between 3g up to 5 Kg. I actually tried it and nit can measure up to 5100 grams and then give out an Err display after 5100 grams.

 I noticed that the LCD display has lighted numbers on a black LCD display. I like this feature because I can read the weight clearly. Even when it's a bit dim, the weight is clear because of the lighted numbers.

I also like that I can change the unit of measure by pressing the UNIT button. I can navigate through the different measurements which are: grams, lbs, fl.oz., and ml. I also like how I can choose between weighing milk and water.

The Tare function is very helpful for me since I put different things on my cereals. I can zero out the weight and add another topping on my cereals so that I don't have to weigh them separately.

There is also an automatic off function after 60 seconds of inactivity or I can turn it off by pressing the ON/Tare button for about 3 seconds.

The Roha Digital Kitchen Scale looks nice, sleek and classy and it works as it should.

Nespresso Coffee Capsules Rack From Kuuk Review

Coffee pods and K-cups can be a pain, specially when they're all over the place. For this review, I thought the Kuuk Coffee Pod Rack can be used for my K-cups but when I received it, I didn't read the fine print that this is for the Nespresso coffee capsules. That was my bad so I am writing my review based on how this looked and the features I saw on this rack.

The Kuuk Nespresso Coffee Pod Rack arrived in a nice box.

The rack has a stainless steel finish and measures 14.5" tall and 3" wide. I really like the slim look because in my case, we live in an apartment and space is limited and this is a space saver.  It has 5 columns which can hold up to 50 coffee pods, 10 pods per column.

 The bottom of the base has a velvet-y lining which keeps the rack in place and keep it from sliding. Aside from that, the rack has a rotating carousel which can be rotated 360 degrees. This is helpful when choosing my choice of pods.

The bottom part has a wider opening so that the Nespresso capsules can easily be taken out of the carousel.

The Kuuk Nespresso Coffee Capsules Rack is convenient and easy to use and keeps the capsules in order. It works as it should and saves space as well.

Kitchen Classique Salt and Pepper Mill Set Review

I used to buy ground pepper and other ground spices but after trying out grind whole spices, like black pepper fresh, I didn't go back to the prepacked ground spices. Why? I noticed a difference in taste and freshness when I grind my spices when I use them.

The Kitchen Classique Salt and Pepper Mill Set is very handy because it's reusable and holds about 3/4 cups of spices. It came in a set of 2 and each set comes with a glass bottle and a stainless steel cover. The grinder is kept clean by the removable stainless steel on top. I also like how I can adjust the fineness or coarseness of the grind by turning the black knob inside either clockwise or counterclockwise.

The glass bottle has a wide mouth opening so refilling is easy. I like how I can buy the whole spices in plastic packaging because they are cheaper compared to the bottled ones.

Turning the mill is easy and doesn't require much effort. I combined different whole spices to make my own blend of steak/chicken spice.

By adjusting the knob inside, I was able to choose my desired grind size and in a few seconds, I was able to freshly grind my own steak/chicken spice.

The Kitchen Classique Salt and Pepper Mill Set is very easy to use and I like how I don't need much effort on my wrist to grind the spices. Each bottle holds approximately 3/4 cups of spices and this is a lot. I also like how I can easily see the amount of spice left inside the bottle so that I can estimate if I have to refill it. I also like that I can just refill it with a new spice because it's reusable.

This works as it should and I like how I can have freshly ground spice every time.

Have you ever heard of chalkboard labels? Well, the first time I tried these labels, I was hooked into using them around our home. Why? The first thing I liked about these chalkboard labels is that these come in different sizes and shapes. I like the different sizes and shapes included in this pack because I can choose which would be more suitable to use on different things around our home. For example, for smaller containers, I can use the smaller chalkboard labels and for bigger ones, I can use the bigger labels.

Next, I like that I can write and erase writings on the chalkboard labels using a wet cloth or wet wipes.

The chalkboard labels wipe off clean which is nice because I can change the writings on the labels. Once dry, I can write on the chalkboard label again and the quality and surface of the label still stays the same.

The sticky side of the chalkboard labels are smooth and reusable. I like that I can peel it off without leaving any sticky remnants on the container and at the same time, I can stick it again on new container. I've done this a couple of times just to try it and it works.

Other than that, I like that these chalkboard labels are made of vinyl and doesn't tear easily. The writing surface of the chalkboard labels has a rough texture which makes it easier for me to write on it. Using a chalk marker on this, it takes more than 30 seconds for it to dry. Once dry, it doesn't smudge easily when I run my finger on the writings.

I like how versatile these labels are because I can use these to label different things around our home like spice containers, jars, cups, binders, folders, plastic drawers and a lot more. With 5 sheets, each sheet has 11 different shape and sized label, I have more than enough to use around our home.

These are nice chalkboard labels which work as they should. My spice bottles, jars, files, folders, drawers and my daughters' toy drawers are more organized because I was able to label them properly and clearly using these labels.
