GCx2 Garcinia Cambogia & Green Coffee Bean Final Week 4 Update and Review

I should've written this update last week but I apologize for the late update. I forgot to post it last week AND I forgot to take my week 4 photo as well.

If you've been following my GCx2 Garcinia Cambogia & Green Coffee Bean Weight Loss Supplement updates, this would be my last update for the GCx2 weight loss supplement. I've taken the GCx2 for a whole month now and you can read my updates from Weeks 1 to 3 on the links below.

Before I move on to my thoughts about the GCx2 and my 4th week weigh-in, let me tell you more about the GCx2 - Garcinia Cambogia & Green Coffee Bean by Liquid Health. It's sugar and gluten free and is a combination of the Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Bean Extract which will help to kick start weight loss efforts.

And now for my week 4 update, here are my weigh-in record every week.

Week 1 Weight: 142.6 lbs.
Week 2 Weight: 143.8 lbs.
Week 3 Weight: 143.0 lbs.
Week 4 Weight: 142.4 lbs.

For my last week, I lost 0.8 lbs compared to my previous week and my total weight loss for the whole month of taking the GCx2 was 0.2 lbs. 

So here are my thoughts for the GCx2 weight loss supplement:

1. I was hoping this would help me lose weight without changing my diet and daily activity. As for some people's claim of losing weight just by taking Garcinia Cambogia in general and without changing their diet or daily activity, that did not apply to me. I REALLY tried to limit my food intake. Some days I succeeded but most days I didn't. I also tried to exercise more often but I still lacked the motivation to increase the days I workout. So for me, this might've helped me lose weight IF I just had the will and motivation to control my food intake and work-out more.

2.It gave me a boost of energy to start the day. Sometimes, I feel sluggish and sleepy when I wake up in the morning and taking the GCx2 daily gave me a boost of energy to start my day.

3. GCx2 is in liquid form so I didn't have a hard time swallowing the supplement. I have a hard time swallowing bigger pills and most weight loss supplement I've tried are bigger than the normal pill. I like the liquid form because I can easily swallow it. The GCx2 tasted similar to the green-colored Nerds and the taste is a bit strong. You can mix it in water or juice but I prefer to take it by itself. :)

I don't regret trying the GCx2 Weight Loss Supplement because I admit, I did lack the discipline to watch what I eat and motivation to workout more frequently. Deep down, I knew that losing weight means I have to do my part which is to watch what I eat and to have the drive to stay active. :) If ever I do get a chance to try another weight loss supplement, I will make sure to pair it with being active and eating healthy. :)

7 Reasons Why I Love To Use Mud Masks

Using the right kind of mud mask AND using it correctly have a lot of benefits that's why I have 7 reasons why I love using mud masks at least once a week.

1. Mud masks help make pores look smaller - I have a problem with visible pores so using a mud mask help me a lot. Appearance and larger size of pores are associated with genetics and age. Eliminating pores is not really possible but mud masks help make pores appear smaller by removing trapped dirt and oil inside them.

2.  Mud masks clarify and detoxify your skin - I tend to have acne breakouts specially at that time of the month. Using a mud mask minimizes my breakouts because it absorbs trapped dirt and oil inside the pores.

3. Mud masks helps in controlling oiliness - Aside from having larger than normal pores, I have an oily skin type. I may have a normal skin after I wash my face but an hour or 2 later, my face would have turned into a frying pan. Okay I just said that in exaggeration to make you laugh. :) My face DOES become oily and shiny after an hour or 2, specially when it's hot and humid, but not to the extent of looking like a human frying pan. Since mud masks absorb excess oil, this helps in making the skin less oilier. :)

4. Mud masks tighten your skin - If you've ever tried to use a mud mask, you'll know what I'm talking about. If you haven't tried it, I'll explain the feeling. :) When the mud mask starts drying, it kind of gives a tightening, pressure-like feeling on the skin. Don't worry. It feels very nice and doesn't hurt at all. :) So after I wash out the dried mud mask, my skin feels tighter than usual for a few days but sad to say, it's not permanent. Because of the tightening feeling, we go to reason number 5. :)

5. Mud masks improve circulation in your skin - As I've said, it's because of the tightening feeling. :)

6. Mud masks make skin looking radiant - After washing off the mud mask, the skin instantly looks radiant and lively because of the improved circulation on the face.

7. Mud masks help you relax - Yes that 15 minutes of just lying down and waiting for the mud mask to dry gives a very relaxing and calm feeling.

So those are the reasons why I love using mud masks. It helps my skin a lot and choosing the right one for your skin type will definitely help your face look healthier, more radiant and younger. :)

Tone Petal Soft with Pink Peony & Rose Oil BodY Wash Review #GotItFree

 

I love body washes and I admit, I have an addiction to them! Whenever I see something new on the shelves, I just need to buy and try it.

Although I usually skip on the powerful flowery scents, I accepted to be on a BzzCampaign for the New Tone Petal Soft with Pink Peony and Rose Oil Body Wash because I was intrigued by the pink color and the design of the bottle. :)

When I received the package, the first thing I did when I opened it was to smell the New! Tone Petal Soft Pink Peony Body Wash. I was glad it smells nice. It has a delicate flowery scent which reminds me of peonies - thus the scent of the body wash. The scent is not overpowering which is also nice.

The light pink color of the Tone Petal Soft body wash goes well with the design and color of the bottle. I only needed a small amount of the body wash to bring it into a nice lather and it was fairly easy to rinse off. I'm glad there was no slippery/slimy feeling after rinsing it off.

After I used it, I can smell the soft, faint scent of the Tone Petal Body Wash on my skin. It's very subtle and it lingered for quite some time. I like that in a body wash. It is also infused with Vitamin E Although it didn't make my skin dry, it didn't moisturize enough to skip on my lotion. :)

I saw this Tone Ocean Therapy with Deep Sea Extracts and Pearl Essence at Target and wasn't able to contain myself from buying it. I will make a separate review for it since it's a different scent. It's part of the whole line of Tone moisturizing body washes. Here is their whole line of Tone's body washes:

Smartypants Tavern Puzzle Review

If you love solving puzzles like me, then you have to check out the Smartypants Tavern Puzzle by the Tucker-Jones House, Inc. They have an entire Tavern Puzzle Collection in which the difficulty of the puzzles range from Group 1 to Group 8.

If you're not familiar with Tavern Puzzles, they are reproductions of a type of puzzle traditionally forged by blacksmiths to amuse their friends at country tavern and inns. A museum-trained blacksmith from Long Island has reproduced some of these antique designs as well as his own original designs to keep with tradition. All the puzzles are handcrafted from steel. Each puzzle is mechanical in nature and removal of the object piece does not rely on force or trickery. These are 100% Handcrafted in the USA.

The Smartypants Tavern Puzzle is included in the Group 4 and boy was it hard to decipher. The objective is to remove the ring and I've been trying for days now but sad to say, I still haven't solved it. Hubby tried to solve it too, but he also haven't succeeded.  I'm not going to cheat and see how to remove it since I like that it has been a challenge for me to try to solve on my own for days now.

The Smartypants Tavern Puzzle is quite heavy. The steel metal is very smooth. There are no sharp edges on where the cuts are. I also like the brown ball accent and the engraving on top. It made the Smartypants Tavern Puzzle look more sophisticated.
