MuvePro Reflective Vest And Ankle Band Review + Giveaway 3/13 US/CAN
When hubby goes home from work, it's already a bit dark. Since his work office is just less than a mile away from our home, he just rides his bike to work. Twice, a car turning right slightly hit the back of his bike wheel. Mind you, he has 2 bike lights in front and one red light at the back. Thankfully, he didn't get injured on both counts.
When I received the MuvePro reflective Vest and Ankle Band, I knew that this would help him be more visible at night. I've done a review on a reflective vest before but there was no reflective ankle band included. So, I decided to use the old one when I jog and give this one to him.
Here is a short product description from the company:
MAIN BENEFITS...
- Feel safer wearing this vest during the early morning hours when it's still dark, or in the evening after the sun has gone down.
- It's comfortable and easy to adjust over a variety of light or bulky clothing and sportswear.
- Doesn't interfere with movement. Once you put it on, you will forget it's there!
- Unlike other vest that go on over your head, the MuvePro vest goes over your shoulders and securely clips into place.
- Lightweight and minimal so it won't add weight or warmth.
- Fold it up small. Great for commuting!
- Bonus reflective ankle bands add additional points of visibility!
- Increase your visibility while running, cycling, walking, biking, hiking or doing anything else outdoors.
MAIN FEATURES...
- Well-constructed of durable, stretchable fabric 1.5" wide with a 0.5" wide, reflective strip and long-lasting quality stitching.
- The sturdy ergonomic buckle is simple to use with gloves or cold hands.
- Adjustable size fits waist 31"-47" and shoulder height 14"-21.5".
- No batteries required.
The MuvePro Reflective Vest and Ankle Bands have a stretchable fabric. The reflective strip, which is seen in front and at the back, really reflects light which makes hubby more visible at night. The reflective vest is adjustable and is very lightweight. Hubby can just put it over his work clothes and he's good to go. It's not uncomfortable and doesn't weigh him down.
The ankle bands have 2 reflective strips each and makes him more visible when it's dark. It has a velcro snap and similar to the reflective vest, the material is stretchable as well.
The ankle bands also doubles to protect the hem of his pants from the bike chain. He can just place this over the hem of his pants and it helps keep the hem of his pants safe from the grease of the bike chain.
Overall, this is a very effective accessory to keep him more visible at night. It's very easy to use and makes me more confident that he's more safer when he rides his bike when he comes home from work.
