Bedtime Bliss Sleep Mask, Ear Plugs & Carry Case Review

I really don't mind sleeping with the lights on or if it's a bit noisy. If I feel sleepy, I just sleep. No questions asked. As for hubby, it's a bit different. The lights should be turned off (even the slightest light like the backlight light from our tablet should be turned off or he can't sleep), there should be no noise and everyone should be as quiet as a mouse.

I tried it on myself and I really like the elastic straps which can stretch. I also like the velcro straps since it's easy to put on and remove. I tried to open and close my eyes while I wore the mask and true enough, I can move my eyes freely because of the contoured design of the mask. It's also very soft and the mask molds and fits well on my eyes and nose. I'm also amazed that the mask completely blocks off light.

The ear plugs are a bit soft and it minimized the noise around me. It didn't completely shut off the noise but it definitely minimized it.

I like that it can be bent to fit into this small pouch and still retain its shape when I removed it from the pouch. The mask didn't crease or get deformed when I removed it from the pouch so that's a big plus.

Now for hubby's experience here's what he told me:

- he would prefer to sleep with the lights off and the environment quiet but the mask helped him with the complete darkness he likes.
- although the Bedtime Bliss Sleep Mask fitted just right on his eyes, it would take some time to get used to the feeling of wearing something over his eyes.
- the ear plugs helped him with the noise but then, it would also take some time to get used to the ear plugs.
- the mask didn't hinder his eyes to open and close.
