The case arrived in a simple plastic packaging. It includes the hot pink casing and 2 screen protectors. The back side has a glittery look which made the case look pretty and cute.

I love the smooth finish on the inner part of the casing because it prevents scratches. The 2 screen protectors included are effective against scratches which is nice as well.

I love the color of the case, which is slightly darker than the photo above, but still, super cute, pretty and blingy. It's slim and lightweight which is nice because it doesn't make my phone look bulky. It works as it should and love the look of the case.

Have you ever heard of chalkboard labels? Well, the first time I tried these labels, I was hooked into using them around our home. Why? Because they're easy to use, reusable, rewritable, durable and a lot more. I recently received the Firefly Craft Chalkboard Labels and I looked forward to trying it.

The first thing I liked about these chalkboard labels is that these come in different sizes and shapes. I like the different sizes and shapes included in this pack because I can choose which would be more suitable to use on different things around our home. For example, for smaller containers, I can use the smaller chalkboard labels and for bigger ones, I can use the bigger labels.

Next, I like that I can write and erase writings on the chalkboard labels using a wet cloth or wet wipes.

The chalkboard labels wipe off clean which is nice because I can change the writings on the labels. Once dry, I can write on the chalkboard label again and the quality and surface of the label still stays the same.

The sticky side of the chalkboard labels are smooth and reusable. I like that I can peel it off without leaving any sticky remnants on the container and at the same time, I can stick it again on new container. I've done this a couple of times just to try it and it works.

Other than that, I like that these chalkboard labels are made of vinyl and doesn't tear easily. The writing surface of the chalkboard labels has a rough texture which makes it easier for me to write on it. Using a chalk marker on this, it takes more than 30 seconds for it to dry. Once dry, it doesn't smudge easily when I run my finger on the writings.

I like how versatile these labels are because I can use these to label different things around our home like spice containers, jars, cups, binders, folders, plastic drawers and a lot more. With 5 sheets, each sheet has 11 different shape and sized label, I have more than enough to use around our home.

These are nice chalkboard labels which work as they should. My spice bottles, jars, files, folders, drawers and my daughters' toy drawers are more organized because I was able to label them properly and clearly using these labels.

Mr. Bene Static Cling Car Sun Shade Review

 It's already summer here in SoCal and the weather is super warm already. In order to make my daughters more comfortable when they're in the car, I turn the air conditioner and place a sun shade at the back windows of our car. I used to use the sun shade with the suction cups but I noticed that after a while, the suction cups doesn't work that well anymore so the sun shade would fall off in the middle of the car ride. MY REVIEW:

MK McClintock once again caught my attention with her book, Clayton's Honor. This is the third part of a series about 3 British Agents set in a historical era with a romantic mystery genre. I've read and written a review on the 1st book of this series, Alaina Claiborne and I loved it.

I've always loved historical romance books and novels and I've read a lot. Clayton's Honor is a quick read for me and I loved the fast, steady pace of this book. The first chapter had me on the edge of my seat already and I immediately saw how strong a woman Anne, the female protagonist, is. Devon, the male protagonist, was a real gentleman and I love how strong his character is as well.

The story also featured glimpses of Tristan and Alaina and Charles and Rhona which were the main characters on the first two books in this series. Together, Devon and Anne learned how to compromise and trust and discover their feelings for each other.

This is a perfect short book for those who love historical romance. It has a nice, clean romance story which made my heart flutter.

Fuego Elite Performance Unisex Athletic Crew Socks Review + #Giveaway 6/15 US

I use good, quality athletic socks when we go biking or when I workout because first of all, my feet sweats more so I need something that wouldn't cause my feet to be smelly afterwards. Second, it stays on securely and wouldn't slide down even when I move a lot. The Fuego Elite Performance Unisex Athletic Crew Socks arrived in a nice black box. It has 2 colors available which are white/blue and white/grey. There are also several sizes available from Small to Extra Large.

I was quite impressed on the quality of the Fuego Elite Performance Unisex athletic Crew Socks. It has a thick and soft material. It is also a bit stretchy and I like how nice it looked. From the company, some features of the Fuego Socks are:

- "Y" shaped deep heel pocket and elastic bands the socks do not slide down
- socks have silver content which eliminates feet odor, conduct sweat and keep feet dry. 
- Seamless toe closure secures maximum softness and eliminates abrasion

Each Fuego sock is also labeled with an L and an R so that the socks wouldn't be interchanged. I think this is unique because I've never really had a socks with a left and right label.

True to the product's description, the Y shaped deep heel pocket makes these socks more secure. It doesn't slide down even with the more extreme movements in my workout. These also helped with my sweaty feet during workout and I noticed that my feet aren't as sweaty as my regular socks. I also like that my feet is odorless after a workout.

The socks are comfortable to wear and I like how it doesn't force my toes to pool in the middle. These socks gives me the comfort of my big toe, the side close to my smaller toe, not hurting after an intensive workout. I also like how durable these socks are and I like that these retained their original form and look after washing and drying a couple of times.

MY REVIEW:

I love reading books to my daughters which teaches a lesson at the end. After reading the Let's Change That! If Animals Can, We Can, Too! book by Bashar Salame, I was impressed at how the author tackled a very important lesson in a simple manner which my daughters understood.

The illustrations on the book is very captivating and my daughters had fun looking at the illustrations while I'm reading the book. The colors are vibrant and clear and I like how well the story is written.

In a subtle way, this book taught my daughters how to be helpful to those in need and to ask others for help if we need it. It also taught my daughters how not to judge based on appearance and not to be so dependent on how and what most people think the norm is. It also taught about teamwork and to trust other people as well.

MY REVIEW:

I've tried several workout DVDs and routines ever since I was in college but this is the first time I've tried a workout with an Air Bar. Yes, I've used weights, ankle weights and wrist weights but the Air Bar Exercise is a new experience for me.

For this workout exercise, a bar was required for the exercise which isn't included in the DVD. It would've been nice if this was included already but nonetheless, a similar one was easy to find near our local hardware store.

Erin did a great job in giving motivation and positive feelings as I followed the workout video. I love how this workout increases my heart rate without having to do the more extreme steps in my other workout videos. I definitely felt my muscles stretch and work while doing the different exercises on the ABX.

I also like how I can modify the intensity and difficulty of my workout by doing the routine a bit faster and move a bit farther. It's a great workout to squeeze in in between my other workout exercise DVDs to give me a variety of routines.

This has made me sweat a lot and I like how I can do the routines at the comfort of my own home.

Not Your Usual Banana Almond Pancakes Recipe Using Morning Pep's Almond Flour + Giveaway 5/4 US

I love pancakes but I try to limit and stay way from eating it because of the carbs. I eat it once in a while but there are days when I just crave for them. I feel guilty when I give in to my cravings and honestly, I feel bad if I don't.

Thanks to my sister, I learned and loved a recipe to satisfy my cravings without having to sacrifice my guilt when I eat pancakes made from flour.

I've never heard about Almond Flour before and honestly, I wouldn't have learned about this kind of flour and recipe if not for my sister. So, thanks to her, I learned this yummy, easy to make, homemade Not Your Usual Banana Almond Pancake. Read on below for the recipe. :)

When I received the Almond Flour from Morning Pep, I was excited to see how it would compare to a regular pancake. Their Almond Flour is available in 2 sizes: a 5 lb. bag and a 2 lb. bag. Both are in resealable plastic packages to easily retain the freshness of the almond flour once opened.

The Almond Flour has a yellowish color and looks much coarser than a regular flour. It also doesn't have any smell.

Here is a quick product description from the company:

• Made from 100% all-natural Certified Gluten-Free by GFCO blanched almonds
• Substitute for wheat flour in cakes, breads, cookies, muffins and more.
• Great source of dietary fiber, Vitamin E, protein, iron, magnisium & calcium

We used the ingredients above to make approximately 7 pieces of 6" inch diameter pancakes:
- 1/3 Cup Morning Pep Almond Flour
- 2 Bananas
- 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- Pinch of Salt
- Optional: 7 pcs. whole raw almonds (I crushed it manually since I don't have crushed almonds at home)

First, I mashed the bananas in a large bowl.

Add the 2 eggs on the mashed bananas.

Add 1/3 cup of the Almond Flour from Morning Pep.

Add 1/4 tsp. of baking powder into the mixture and a pinch of salt. Then mix.

Optional: I added the crushed almonds after the salt and the baking powder. If you don't like to add in crushed almonds, you can skip that part and proceed to the directions below. :)

Next, I heated our pan and placed a bit of butter to prevent the Banana Almond Pancakes from sticking to the pan. Cook similar to a regular pancake.

Serve with our without syrup. I prefer to eat it by itself with no syrup because the natural sweetness of the fresh bananas is already in the Banana Almond Pancakes.

My daughter, on the other hand, prefers to add a little bit of syrup on her Banana Almond Pancakes.

This recipe is a hit in our family and I'm really happy that it tasted really good. I only needed a small amount of the Almond Flour to make approximately 7 pieces of the 6 inch diameter pancakes, so the 5 lb. bag will last a long time.

I like how I can satisfy my pancake cravings without having to feel guilty after eating it because of the Banana Almond Pancake recipe my sister taught me. These pancakes also makes me feel full faster and longer. I like the high protein content and the lower carbs in each serving of our Banana Almond Pancake.
