 Ever since, I've never had a strong grip. I often have a hard time opening bottles with bottle caps and jars specially when they're sealed. When I received the adjustable hand grip strengthener from Munk Athletic, I was excited to try it.

 This arrived in a simple plastic bag. It didn't have any instructions included but the shape of the handles are easy to figure out on how I should hold it. The gray handle with the ridges are for the 4 fingers.

The black handle is for the thumb.

The handles are made out of smooth plastic which doesn't bend easily. The handles are durable since they're hard and yet they're comfortable to hold.

The most confusing thing is the part where I tried to adjust the hand grip strengthener. I thought the gray round dial on top of the hand grip strengthener was used to adjust the resistance but after turning it for quite a while, it didn't do anything. I searched and found out that to adjust the resistance, I have to pull the handles away from each other and then move the spring downwards. Adjusting the resistance was a bit hard for me since the handles were a bit firm and hard to pull apart.

Other than that, I love how I can use this while watching TV or when listening to music. I can also use it during my free time. I like how I can feel my grip strengthening and I love how the tension on my hands, wrist and fingers are somewhat relieved by using this.

ROHA Digital Kitchen Scale Review

I use a kitchen scale to weigh and measure my food portion daily as well as use it to measure ingredients. In the morning, I use a kitchen scale to weigh my cereals, milk and almonds. For this, I like to use a kitchen scale with a Tare function so that I can zero out the weight of the cereals and then continue on adding the almonds and then the milk. When I received the Roha Digital Kitchen Scale, I looked forward to trying it and see how it would compare to my current digital kitchen scale.

The Roha Digital Kitchen Scale arrived in a box. I received the black weighing scale which measures 15x20x2cm. It came with 2xAAA batteries and a paper instruction guide. The box says it uses 2xCR2032 batteries which is a bit of a discrepancy since this works on 2 x AAA batteries. Not a big deal for me but it's nice if they can reprint it for other buyers.

The Roha Digital Kitchen Scale has a tempered glass platform with 2 very sensitive touch buttons. On the left lower side is the On button/Tare and on the right lower side is the Unit button. This can weigh anything between 3g up to 5 Kg. I actually tried it and nit can measure up to 5100 grams and then give out an Err display after 5100 grams.

 I noticed that the LCD display has lighted numbers on a black LCD display. I like this feature because I can read the weight clearly. Even when it's a bit dim, the weight is clear because of the lighted numbers.

I also like that I can change the unit of measure by pressing the UNIT button. I can navigate through the different measurements which are: grams, lbs, fl.oz., and ml. I also like how I can choose between weighing milk and water.

The Tare function is very helpful for me since I put different things on my cereals. I can zero out the weight and add another topping on my cereals so that I don't have to weigh them separately.

There is also an automatic off function after 60 seconds of inactivity or I can turn it off by pressing the ON/Tare button for about 3 seconds.

I read the instructions included and set it up in our bathroom. This works on 4 x AAA batteries which isn't included in the box. The battery compartment is located at the bottom of the dispenser and can be opened and closed by unscrewing the battery cover.

The SimpleOne automatic touchless soap dispenser measures 223 mm in height, 138 mm in width from the spout to the back part. It can either hold a non-foaming hand soap or a hand sanitizer.

This can hold up to 6.8 ounces of liquid hand soap or hand sanitizer. This can be filled by lifting the back cover up. I like that the hole is big enough for me to easily fill up the soap dispenser without spilling or dropping soap on the sides of the dispenser.

The Slender Blend from the Tea Love Co. arrived in a resealable foil pack. The loose tea leaves have bigger and coarser bits and pieces of dried tea leaves.

Serving size is a teaspoon of The Slender Blend tea leaves. The pouch of The Slender Blend can last up to 35 servings.

I immediately tried this and instead of doing 3 servings a day, I just did two servings of tea a day. I make tea once for a mid-morning drink and once for a mid-afternoon drink.

I just place half a teaspoon of the loose tea leaves inside my tea infuser and then steep it in hot water for about 5 minutes.

I add a little bit of honey just to sweeten the tea a bit.

The Slender Blend from The Tea Love Co. has a milder, less bitter taste compared to black tea. It has this nice, refreshing taste which doesn't leave any bitter aftertaste. I also like how instead of grabbing something to snack on, once I drink The Slender Blend, I would feel full until my next meal.

Now, I wouldn't rely on The Slender Blend to lose weight. I don't believe in relying on any weight loss supplement, that's why it's a supplement, to lose weight. With proper diet and exercise though, I think The Slender Blend helped me in shedding a few pounds because I don't snack as often as before I started drinking this.
