Relieve Contracted Muscles After A Workout With The Muscle Roller Stick From Compressions Review
There are times when my muscles feel stiff and painful after a workout. This happens when I do a new routine or do a higher intensity workout. What I do is do some stretching which helps relieve some of the pain or use a natural pain relieving cream. Sometimes, it would take days for the pain to go away and I noticed that applying pressure would alleviate some of the pain. When I received the Compressions Muscle Roller Stick, I looked forward to trying it. Here is a quick product description from the company:

The Compressions Muscle Roller Stick measures 15 inches in length and has 9 individual 1 inch rolling discs in the middle part. These grooved round discs roll individually and is made of plastic. Both sides of the Compressions Muscle Roller Stick have raised bumps so that I can easily hold it while using it.
I use this muscle roller on my thighs which really helps after doing squats. I apply a bit of pressure while rolling this up and down which helps relieve the tension on my thigh muscles. I also like using this on my lower back. It helps to relieve pain and discomfort on my lower back which is nice.
This is such a simple yet effective tool to relieve muscle tension. I like how easy it is to use and that it's portable too. It's light enough to bring on the go and it only comes in 1 piece.
