I naturally fall asleep fast but there are days when I just couldn't sleep. I don't take any habit-forming supplements to help me fall asleep because I don't want to rely on them in the future so I try to relax and take an all-natural sleep aid to help me fall asleep faster.

The Berry Sleepy 100% Fruit Sleep Aid arrived in a plastic bottle with a flip top cap. The capsules are in veggie form and the contents inside has a subtle pink color. The instructions were to take 2 capsules 20-30 minutes before bedtime.

I tried the Berry Sleepy when I felt like I wouldn't fall asleep easily. When I took it, I felt the calming and relaxing effect about 20 minutes after I took 2 capsules. It made me sleepy and I didn't feel any side effect like stomach aches and the likes. When I woke up, I didn't feel any grogginess and felt refreshed.

I like how I didn't feel dependent on Berry Sleepy because more often than not, I can still drift off to sleep on my own. I only take this on days when I can't drift off to sleep and I'm glad that those days aren't increasing. It helps me drift off to sleep during those sleepless nights yet it didn't make me dependent on it.
