Adovia Mineral Lift Serum with Dead Sea Minerals, Green Tea and Vitamin C Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

When it comes to trying out new beauty products, I always get extra excited when Adovia contacts me because I've tried several products from their Mineral Skin Care - Dead Sea collection and I've loved every one of them.

Adovia sent me to try their Adovia Mineral Lift Serum with Dead Sea Minerals, Green Tea and Vitamin C and as you've guessed, I was super excited to try it.

The Adovia Mineral Lift Serum with Dead Sea Minerals, Green Tea and Vitamin C has the following description:
  • Firms and Tightens skin with a visible lift that can be felt immediately
  • Highly concentrated serum infuses skin with Dead Sea Minerals, Green Tea, Seaweed, Vitamin C and much more.
  • Protects skin from pollutants and weather damage that can clog pores and cause wrinkles and breakouts.
  • Feeds skin the nutrients it needs to look youthful and naturally beautiful
  • Use as a base under your moisturizer or anti wrinkle cream for maximum anti aging effect or use just the serum.
I've always loved the simple yet elegant packaging of the Adovia Mineral Skin Care products. I noticed that there is an expiration date for the Adovia Mineral Lift Serum which is nice because most of the serums I've tried doesn't have any expiration date indicated.

The consistency and color is also a bit different from other serums I've tried. It's actually white in color and has a creamy texture/consistency. It has a nice and subtle scent. The bottle came with a pump (I usually prefer a dropper since I can control the amount I wanted to use with a dropper) but I'm glad the pump of the Adovia Mineral Lift Serum only dispenses a small amount per pump.

I gave myself time to use the Adovia Mineral Lift Serum first before I wrote this review to see the actual effect of the serum. I've been using this every morning for more than a week now and I've summarized my morning routine below.

Before I apply the Adovia Mineral Lift Serum, I cleanse my face with my Adovia Dead Sea Mud Soap Bar first. After cleansing my face, I pat it dry then apply my own acne spot treatment cream. I wait for about a minute for the acne cream to get absorbed then dispense 1 pump of the Adovia Mineral Lift Serum on my palms. Instead of massaging the serum on my face, I spread it a bit on my palms and just pat it all over my face and neck. If I decide to wear make-up for the day, I wait for about 20 seconds for the serum to get absorbed then proceed with my make-up routine.

The Adovia Mineral Lift Serum is easily absorbed by my skin. It doesn't make my skin oily, I have an oily skin type by the way, and it doesn't clog my pores. It didn't cause my skin to break-out and it's very light even though the consistency of the serum is a bit creamy. I love how easy it is to apply and that I only need a small amount of the serum for my whole face. I also like that after using it for more than a week, I noticed that my skin looked healthier and brighter.
