Chef Christiane's Brazilian Gourmet Hot Sauce Review

I like hot sauces but always preferred the milder flavor because I'm not used to sauces and dishes which are too spicy. When I received the Chef Christiane's Brazilian Gourmet Hot Sauce, I looked forward to trying it because this has a milder spiciness level.
Here is a short product description from the company:

Chef Cristiane Pereira's Brazilian "I'm Hot" Gourmet Hot Sauce - Craft Made in Small Batches with Malagueta Peppers - Mild/Medium Hotness - 5 oz.

-  This is a unique homemade hot sauce made from an old family recipe. Each bottle is made from a small kitchen by Chef Christiane Pereira of Taste of Brazil Cafe in Chicago.

-  Medium Hotness with a fresh tomato taste just like they serve in Brazil with a perfect balance of flavor and hotness. This is not extreme hotness, but rather a more mild or medium hotness that allows you to enjoy the delicious flavors of the peppers.

-  Made with Malagueta Peppers from Brazil Tastes great on chips, Mexican Food, sandwiches, meat, etc.
Made with all natural ingredients - no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, and no artificial ingredients

-  Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, onions, water, extra virgin olive oil, carrots, malagueta peppers, cane sugar, salt, garlic, and spices.

The Chef Christiane's Brazilian Gourmet Hot Sauce arrived in a 5 oz. bottle. The description of the sauce, ingredients used and other information are printed on the label.

I like the mild spicy flavor of the Chef Christiane's Brazilian Gourmet Hot Sauce. It has mild spiciness with a subtle kick at the end. I like using it as a dipping sauce as well as add a little bit to some dishes I cook.

The Chef Christiane's Brazilian Gourmet Hot Sauce is perfect for me because the spiciness is there but, not to the extent of me breaking a sweat. It has a subtle sweetness to it and I like that I can use it in different purposes.
