Large Digit Timer/Stopwatch From Epica Review

When I'm cooking, I always use a timer with an alarm so that I'll be reminded that I'm cooking something. I usually multi-task when I cook, i.e. leave the food while cooking while clean around the house, so sometimes, I forget that I'm cooking something. So, I always set a timer with an alarm to help me remember the food I'm cooking/baking/broiling.

I already use a timer but I like trying out new ones so that I can be able to compare different timers. When I received the Epica large digit timer/stopwatch, I looked forward to trying it.

The Epica Large Digit Timer/Stopwatch came in a simple box. It requires a 1 x AAA battery to work which is already included in the box.

This timer/stopwatch can be mounted either by pulling the kickstand down or by using the magnet at the back of the stopwatch to mount it on our refrigerator, or any other magnetic metal.

The display measures 1.5" x 2.5" which makes the display easy to use even from afar. There are only 3 buttons in the timer which makes this easy to use. The Start/Stop button can either start the timer/stopwatch or stop it.

The timer can be set by pressing the min or sec button and can be reset by pressing both buttons at the same time. When the timer reaches 00:00, it produces a beeping, alarm sound which continues for a full minute if the stop button isn't pressed. The alarm/beeping sound stops after the first minute but the timer will still continue to work if the stop button isn't pressed.

The stopwatch can be used by pressing the start button when the Epica timer/stopwatch isn't set. The stopwatch can be paused by pressing the start/stop button and can be resumed by pressing that button again. To reset it, the min and sec button should be pressed at the same time.

This is a nice stopwatch/timer which is helpful when I'm cooking. I am nearsighted so the very large display is nice for me because I can still see this from a distance.
