Coosh Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor Review

I take my blood pressure regularly at home so that I have a baseline of my blood pressure. I notice a difference in my blood pressure when I don't feel well so I like that I know which range is normal for me. I already have a blood pressure monitor at home but I still like trying out new ones to compare them and see if its accurate.

When I received the Coosh Blood Pressure Monitor, I looked forward to trying it. Here is a quick product description from the company:

The Coosh Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor arrived in a box. It contains the following:

- 1 x Coosh Blood Pressure Monitor Unit
- 1 x Cuff with rubber tube
- 1 x instruction manual

The Coosh Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor works on 4 x AA batteries which isn't included in the box.

The cuff link has an attached rubber tube with a white plastic which can easily be attached and detached on the hole on the left side of the Coosh Blood Pressure Monitor Unit.

The cuff is for adult use only and can fit an arm circumference of 22 to 32 cm. There is a clear diagram on the cuff on how to position it on the arm. Although I already know how to use this, the diagram is easy to follow for those who aren't familiar on how to properly place this on the arm.

The cuff is comfortable and the velcro snap stays in place even when the cuff starts inflating.

The Coosh Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor has an easy, one-press button to start the Coosh blood pressure monitor.

In a few seconds, the Coosh Blood Pressure Monitor effectively and accurately measured my blood pressure. It also measured my pulse rate per minute which is nice as well.

The Coosh Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is very easy to use. The cuff automatically inflates once the power button is pressed and automatically deflates once it finishes taking my blood pressure. It has a large, LCD display which makes it easy to read the measurement. After a couple of seconds, the Coosh Blood Pressure Monitor automatically shuts off.

I also like that this stores up to 30 blood pressure readings. It is perfect for a personal, at-home blood pressure monitor because it's compact, simple and easy to use.
