NutriONN Organic Coconut Oil Capsules Review

I love coconut. In the Philippines, dried coconut is topped in the "kakanin" delicacies and I always place a LOT. The more dried coconut, the better for me. Aside from that, I also love drinking coconut juice and love my mom's buko pandan salad (a dessert with young coconut and pandan flavoring which is really good!). When I heard about the NutriONN Organic Coconut Oil, I looked forward to trying it because this is the first time I've heard about a Coconut Oil Supplement.

The NutriONN Organic Coconut Oil arrived in a plastic bottle with 180 Coconut Oil in softgel form. The content inside appears curdy and cloudy when the temperature is cooler and it turns clear when the temperature is warmer. The size of each softgel is similar to a regular-sized fish oil.

The directions is to take 2 capsules twice daily so for me, I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I haven't experienced a belch aftertaste which is nice. Even though these are bigger, I don't have any difficulty swallowing them.

I like how the NutriONN Organic Coconut Oil helps prevent a bloated feeling. I usually get bloated after overeating pasta or rice and with taking the NutriONN Organic Coconut Oil, I haven't experienced any bloated feeling.

I also like that this helps with my metabolism and digestive system because I feel lighter specially when I workout. It also helps with regulating my bowel movement.

The NutriONN Organic Coconut Oil Capsules didn't cause any stomach discomfort. One bottle is good for a 45-day supplement for myself so that's nice too.
