Cheese Slicer And Grater From Cooking Concepts Review
I've loved cheese ever since I was young. In fact, I can't eat spaghetti without grated cheese on top. Aside from that, I add cheese on some dishes I cook. So, when I was given the chance to try the Cheese Slicer and Grater by Cooking Concepts, I was happy to try it.
Here is a quick product description from the company:
This stainless steel cheese cutter is the perfect tool for slicing all of your favorite hard cheeses. A sharp angled blade ensures thin, even slices, and flexible spring-steel lets you slice at any angle.
Both the cheese slicer and the cheese grater have plastic handles which are comfortable to hold and grip.
The Cheese Slicer has a triangular shape which and the blade is sharp enough to slice through cheese easily. I've tried to slice blocks of cheddar cheese and monterey jack cheese and it's nice that the cheese doesn't crumble since the blade is sharp.
The Cheese Grater is smaller than what I own now but the sharpness is nice. I like how it's easy to grate cheese here and I don't need much pressure from my wrist to grate cheese.
Cleaning both are fairly easy considering that some of the cheese stay stuck on the blade. I soak it in warm water for about 15 minutes first to soften the cheese and then clean it with a sponge and soap and then rinse it with water.
I like how the Cheese Slicer makes it easier for me to slice even thinner cheese. The grater is effective and easy to use as well.

That's awesome that the slicer works well on monterey jack. I have the hardest time cutting jack because it's so soft. These do look really easy to clean, a LOT better than getting into the nooks and crannies of box graters.
