Carpet Afterlife Stain Remover And Odor Eliminator Review
We don't have a pet at home but with 2 daughters who are 4 and 6, our carpet is full of stains because of them spilling their drinks on our carpet. The worst drink they spilled is milk because after a few days, the stench of spoiled milk starts to emanate from the spot/stain. Even after I wipe it off lots of times, the outcome is still the same.
When I received the Carpet Afterlife Stain Remover and odor eliminator, I was quite excited to give it a try.
The Carpet Afterlife Stain Remover arrived in a large, 32 oz. bottle and a separate sprayer. The nozzle of the spray has a safety lock feature which is nice because I can lock the spray so that my daughters wouldn't accidentally play with it.
The bottle has directions on the back on how to use the Carpet Afterlife properly. The directions are clear and can easily be understood. It also lists the ingredients used for the solution.
The Carpet Afterlife has a nice, fresh scent. It sprays on clear and the sprayer squirts out a nice amount of the solution. After trying this out on a small spot in our carpet, I moved on to the milk stain.
I pre-soaked the area with spilled milk with the Carpet Afterlife for 15 minutes. After that, I got a damp, clean rag to rub the spot a few times. After that, I rinsed it off by wiping and dabbing it with a clean, damp rag for a couple more times.
I was happy with the outcome because the white, milk spot was gone as well as the spoiled milk scent. The Carpet Afterlife didn't just mask the odor but effectively removed it. It was safe to use in our carpet and didn't cause any discolorations.
