My sister introduced me to chia seeds when she visited us and I was impressed at how healthy and delicious these seeds are. I researched more about them and, the more I learned more about them, the more drawn I am to incorporate them in my diet. Of course, considering that it taste good, I can't stand eating healthy foods which doesn't taste good, I don't feel burdened when I add this to my food.

I love adding Chia seeds to my drinks because they make my drinks have texture. The seeds doesn't have any taste and I like to let them soak in my drink for about an hour first so that their texture would be similar to small pieces of popping jellies. As they absorb liquid, the chia seeds become jelly-like which I really like. I also like adding the chia seeds to my yogurt and cereals.

Some of the health benefits of chia seeds are:

- Higher than flax seeds in OMEGA-3 & 6 essential fatty acids
- Provides 18 amino acids including Lysine and Arginine
- Also helps with skin and scalp care because it is a source of Proline, the major constituent of COLLAGEN.
- Great source of Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, and Phosphorus, plus the trace elements Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Iron, Boron and Strontium.

The Aztec Gold Chia Seeds are high quality and I like that these are great to mix in drinks, cereals and other food. I don't have to sacrifice my taste buds when I add the chia seeds to my food because it doesn't have any taste and in fact adds texture to my food. I love this and would recommend it to those who want to try healthy food options.
