The Forged Champion Speed Rope arrived in a box. It has 2 long, thin plastic handles which is light and easy to grip. The original length of the cable is 9 feet. The cable has a silicone-feel type of outer covering which makes this jump rope less prone to tangles.

 There is also a metal screw which easily adjusts the length of the jump rope. I followed the instructions on how to customize and fit the jump rope to my height so that I can use it properly.

 The plastic handles have a grey color and a logo of the Forged Champion on each handle.

 At each end of the wire is a plastic cap end which covers the end of the wire.

After resizing the Forged Champion Adjustable Speed rope, I had to cut the ends with a wire cutter because the excess cable is too long.
