Orblue Professional Pastry Blender Review
Before trying out the Orblue Profesional Pastry Blender, I used a fork to mash fruits like bananas and to mix our cupcake/cookie/brownie/pancake batter. It worked but sometimes, it takes longer to mix the batter and at times, I need to put a bit of effort on my wrist to be able to mash fruits.
When I received the Pastry Blender by Orblue, I looked forward to trying it to mash fruits and how effective it is in mixing batters.
The Orblue Pastry Blender arrived in a white box. Here is a quick product description from the company:
The professional dough blender is one of the heavy duty kitchen gadgets made from stainless steel construction that will not break, bend or rust. A hand blender that was meticulously designed to serve you for years and decades to come.
This pastry blender with blades quickly cut butter or margarine into dry ingredients such as flour or sugar, combining wet and dry ingredients seamlessly so you can make your favorite pie crust or cookie like a boss.
The black soft-grip handle of the pastry cutter absorbs pressure and won't spin or come loose in your hand. Hold your pastry maker and note the thickness of the handle and how comfortably your fingers wrap around it.
If you've ever had pastry blenders before you probably owned one with flexible wires like on a dough whisk that can take up to twice the time to do the same thing with the Professional Dough Blender. Haven't you put up with enough inconvenience?
100% Guarantee! If you have any problems with your dough mixer FOR THE LIFETIME OF THE PRODUCT simply let us know and we will refund your order in full plus ship you a new item free of charge. Add to cart now because you literally risk nothing.
I tried the Orblue Pastry Blender to make my Banana Almond Pancakes. I used it first to mash the bananas needed for my recipe. The handle of the Orblue Pastry Blender was easy to grasp and hold. The blades are a bit sharp so I had no problems cutting and mashing the bananas using the pastry blender. The blades are a bit thick so they're not flimsy and doesn't bend easily.
I like how easy and quick it was to mash the bananas. Mixing the batter using the pastry blender was also very easy. I had no problems in mixing the dry and wet ingredients of my pancake. I also didn't need much effort on my wrist and hands when I mixed the pancake batter.
My preparation time was cut in more than half the time when I use a fork to mash and mix the pancake batter. I've also tried the pastry blender for our cupcake, brownie and cookie batter and I love how it made my batter-mixing easier.
Cleaning the Orblue Professional Pastry Blender is easy too. If there are sticky batter left on the blades, I soak it in warm, soapy water for about 15 minutes and then lightly scrub it with a sponge. If the batter isn't too thick, then I can skip the soaking part and just scrub it lightly with a sponge.

This looks like a fun and useful product. My daughter would love it since she likes to experiment and bake different things, especially with bananas.
