Life & Food Omega-3 Supreme Supplement Review
I've been familiar with fish oil way, way before because my grandmother (on both side) and late grandfather (on both side) took them. When I was younger, I remember asking them how they can swallow such a big vitamin and they told me that they got used to it.
I've been taking fish oil for quite some time now for preventive measures. I eat fish but not daily so I take in fish oil to help me meet my daily recommended dose of Omega 3.
When I received the Life&Food Omega-3 Supreme, I noticed that instead of white plastic bottles, this was in an amber plastic bottle. When I opened the bottle to see the contents inside, I was surprised to see a much smaller-sized fish oil supplement.
Here is a quick product description from the company:

Guaranteed to be pharmaceutical grade 75% Omega-3s (with 644 mg of EPA and 336 mg of DHA) meeting GOED Standard levels. GOED, The Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3s, was developed to help ensure that omega-3 oils reaching consumers were both safe and of high quality.
The Life & Food Omega 3 Supreme Benefit
Enteric coated with no fish burps, or after taste, our Supreme grade Omega-3 Fish Oil supplement promotes cardiovascular health, joint support, cognitive support, circulation and helps in maintaining cholesterol levels†.
Studies have shown that diets high in Omega-3 fatty acids - EPA and DHA -- may lower a person's health risks. By eating a diet rich in fatty acid containing fish - cold-water swimmers such as pollock, sardines and salmon, can lower your cholesterol and blood pressure. Some studies show there is a proven link that EPA and DHA reduces inflammation from arthritis conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis. Non-meat sources of Omega-3 include olive oil, walnuts and flaxseed.
As I've said, the first thing I noticed about the Life & Food Omega-3 Supreme Supplement is the size of the supplement. Instead of the gigantic fish oil softgels, the Omega-3 Supreme by Life & Food is smaller and rounder.
The scent of the softgels has a subtle milky scent as opposed to the usual lemony scent of other fish oil supplements. The directions on how to take it is also clear and very easy to understand.
Because I was already taking another fish oil supplement, I let hubby try this out. I give him 2 softgels daily before dinner. He's been taking this for almost 3 weeks now and he hasn't complained of any fish-y burps or aftertaste yet. He also haven't complained of any upset stomach, bloated or gassy feeling.
I trust that the Life & Food Omega-3 Supreme gives hubby the recommended daily dose of Omega-3.
