Caron & Doucet Stainless Steel Polish Review
We only have a few stainless steel products at home and I know how difficult they are to maintain, what more the bigger stainless steel appliances like refrigerators and dishwashers right? Yes, they are pretty and classy but every little fingerprint and smudge shows. Again, this is from my experience of smaller stainless steel things we own, what more the bigger appliances.
I was given the chance to try the Caron & Doucet Stainless Steel Polish and I looked forward to how it would work. I tried it on various stainless and chrome-finish products in our home (kitchen sink, faucets, panini maker (the outside is stainless steel), etc. and I was amazed at how it made them look better.
Here's a quick product description from the company:
A non-toxic product made with 100% plant-based ingredients. This natural formulation delivers uncompromising performance while being safe and easy to use.
This easy to use non toxic formulation was created to restore the original sheen to stainless steel and chrome kitchen appliances. When used regularly this STAINLESS STEEL POLISH leaves a protective barrier that helps repel fingerprints and streaks.
Spray a small amount of polish on a soft cloth and wipe evenly across entire surface until no residue remains.
I was amazed at how 1 or 2 sprays at the most is enough to make our stainless steel kitchen tools and small appliances shine and look better.
The Caron & Doucet Stainless Steel polish has a clear, thick, oily consistency and it smells nice. It has a subtle jasmine/lemon/citrus/lavender scent which is nice because it doesn't smell like a chemical.
It doesn't prevent our stainless steel tools and small appliances immune to finger prints BUT it helps in a way that the finger prints and smudges are easily wiped away.
This is a nice product and I think it's nice to use on bigger stainless steel appliances like refrigerators with stainless steel doors or dishwashers with a stainless steel door.
