Actervate Waist Trimmer Belt Review + Giveaway (3 WINNERS) 4/6 US

I've always wondered how a waist slimmer belt works and if it's truly effective in slimming the waist. My waist is a bit of a problem area for me because it tends to be the first part of my body which becomes bigger when I gain weight. It may be genetics since plenty of my family from my father's side and mother's side has big bellies.

When I got the Actervate Waist Trimmer Belt, I was super happy with the hot pink color of the belt. It has a soft, super stretchy feel and it's thick and smooth.

As soon as I got the Actervate Waist Trimmer Belt, I tried it on. The Actervate Waist Trimmer Belt's fabric is stretchy so I like how I can decide how fitted or loose I want the waist trimmer would fit on my belly. It covers my entire abdomen without problems. I like how smooth the inside of the waist trimmer belt is because it doesn't cause any skin irritations on my tummy.

The Actervate Waist Trimmer Belt is advised to be worn for not more than 1 to 2 hours at a time. There are no indications on how often I can wear it throughout the day so I wear it in the morning and when I workout at night. It can also be worn under or over clothes but I prefer to use it under my clothes since my shirt absorbed the sweat from my tummy when I tried to wear this over my shirt one time.

What's also nice is that the velcro snap works very well. It keeps the Actervate Waist Trimmer Belt in place while I do the Insanity workout. It does form a crease at the back when I'm in the latter part of the workout already but it goes away after I wash the belt by hand. This is to be washed by hand only.

I noticed how sweaty my tummy is after wearing the Actervate Waist Trimmer Belt. Even when I wear it in the morning, when I don't workout, my tummy is sweaty afterwards. More so when I use it when I workout. It doesn't feel uncomfortable and even though my tummy is sweaty inside, I don't experience any additional hot feeling.

I also like how it helps keep my back straight when I workout. It helps me to maintain a proper posture which is a nice plus.

This is great to use in conjunction with a workout because it really does trap the heat in my abdominal area for a more effective core workout. Before using this, my tummy doesn't sweat as much when I workout. Although I wouldn't rely on the Actervate Waist Trimmer Belt alone to lose weight, I'm going to continue using this daily because I feel it works to HELP me achieve a smaller tummy with exercise.
