MY REVIEW:
I'm a fan of Romance novels set in the Victorian Era and honestly, this is the first time I've read a kind of "semi-erotic" book which describes the passionate encounters of the characters a bit more graphically than the books I've read before. I'll be honest, though, that I got hooked the moment I started reading the book.
Compared to other novels I've read, the Waves of Romance is a short story which I finished reading in less than 2 hours. Although it's short, I was quite satisfied with how fast paced and light the story is. The relationship of the characters is a can-be and realistic one which can happen in real life. I fell in love with the characters and I love how the female protagonist, Sage (I love the name by the way), handled the "situation" with the male protagonist, Derek. It's smart, funny and although short, brought a bit of tears in my eyes.
I love this book and it left me hanging for the next part of the series. :)
