Since I like trying out new weight loss supplements, and because this is all-natural, I gave it a try.

The Caralluma Fimbriata from Schwartz Bioresearch arrived in a white plastic bottle. The supplement is in veggie capsule form and has a brown-colored powder inside each capsule. I honestly like supplements in veggie capsule form because for me, they're easier to swallow.

I followed the directions on how to take the supplement which is 1 veggie capsule twice a day. I took it once in the morning and once at night, half an hour before my meal.
