Syono Orthotics Gel Insoles And Shoe Inserts Review
I'm a stay-at-home mom and having 2 girls who are 3 and 6, I'm always on the run chasing after them whenever we're out because they just won't stay still. So my rubber shoes is my best friend because it's more comfortable to wear than heels and sandals. Even when I wear my rubber shoes most of the time, I still experience foot pain and aches which sometimes last for days.
I use gel insoles and I was glad to try the Syono Orthotics Gel Insoles. Here's a quick product description:
The Syono Orthotic Shoe Inserts and Gel Insoles are a set of orthotic insoles and inserts that provide cushioning and support to alleviate pain throughout your body. They absorb the shock your feet receive from everyday motion.
Walking, running, and standing become easier and less painful. Syono Orthotic Shoe Inserts and Gel Insoles are highly recommended for those who stand or walk on hard surfaces all day, those who have constant or recurring foot and heel pain such as plantar fasciitis, and those who would like to get the most out of their day without accumulating the damage done to our feet by daily activities.
The Syono Orthotics Gel Insoles is offered in 2 different sizes, Women 5-9/Men 4-7 and Men 7-14/Women 9-12. There are markers on the insole so that I can cut the insole according to my shoe size. It's very easy to cut since the line on the insole is very clear.
The slight problem was putting the insole inside my rubber shoes. It took me a couple of minutes to fix the insole inside my rubber shoes and make sure that it's aligned inside my rubber shoes. The surface is really soft and I like how it cushions my feet.
The Syono Orthotics Gel Insoles and Shoe Insert helped a lot in reducing the frequency of my foot pain. I love how it doesn't feel weird inside my rubber shoes and how more comfortable my rubber shoes are after placing the insoles.
You can purchase the Syono Orthotics on Amazon for $17.95 a pair with free shipping if you are a Prime member.

Thanks for your article reviewing orthotic insoles. I do quite a bit of running myself. I just switched to minimalist running shoes. I like how I feel more connected with the ground, but sometimes I wish I had a little more arch support. You make a great point about how it can be hard to trim them to the right size for your shoe. I would suggest trimming a little at a time until they fit just right. http://www.bcpo.ca/en/orthotics.html
