The Yoga Design Lab's Yoga Mat is very lightweight that even my 3 year old can carry it. It has a black color and is durable. I love the carrying handle and how easy I can roll it up to save space when storing it. The Yoga Mat becomes a bit slippery with too much sweat so I put a yoga mat towel on top of it if I'm doing a more strenuous floor exercise. The memory foam material makes sure that the yoga mat springs back to its original form and doesn't form any grooves or marks from my weight. It's non-slip and also very easy to bring because of the strap/carrying handle. I love how soft it is and also like the thickness because it's not too thick to be a nuisance to my workout but not too thin to make my knees and elbows hurt. I've used this a lot of times now and glad that the mat hasn't gotten any knee/elbow groove mark yet. It's still the same as the day I received it and love the quality of this mat.
