When I received the Treasury of Bible Stories, I immediately noticed the wonderful and colorful illustrations. My daughters love books with nice and colorful illustrations so they were super excited when I showed the book to them.

Having been raised in a Catholic family and studying in a Catholic school ever since I was in elementary through college, we had a C.L.E. (Christian Living Education) subject where we learned about the Bible and how we can apply what we learned to our day to day life.

The Treasury of Bible Stories includes 20 popular Verses from the Bible which were written in a rhythmical and rhyming way. I think rhymes are a great way to get children's attention and interest because based on experience, my daughters can remember rhymes more easily. The colorful and wonderful illustrations helped my daughters visualize what the story is about and they love listening to the stories. I love how they can understand the Bible stories because it was told in a more simpler and rhyming way. Their favorites were the Story of Jonah and the Whale and the Story of Jesus' Birth. I think the Treasury of Bible Stories is a great book to introduce young kids to the Bible because it looks and sounds like a regular story book at the same time, they learn and become familiar with the Bible verses.
