PhantomFit Resistance Loop Bands Review

I've heard about Resistance Loop Bands before but haven't had the chance to try them out. I use light hand weights (1-2 lbs) when I exercise (following my exercise DVDs at home) and I think they're a factor to my biggest weight loss ever (10 lbs in 2 months).

When PhtanomFit sent me their Resistance Loop Bands, I was super excited to try it since I've always wanted to try out a different approach to my workouts.

I don't go to the gym and sometimes, I get bored with just the light hand weights that I wanted to try something different. I don't have much space at home because we only rent an apartment so bulky workout machines and equipments are a no-no at the moment. So my solution would have to be small, non-bulky accessories to help me with my workouts. I've read the PhantomFit's product description and let me share it with you.

PhantomFit Resistance bands:
- Are perfect for physical therapy exercises all the way to intense workouts
- Works flawlessly for arm, ankle, and leg workouts
- Are separated by resistance level to meet your needs
- Are extremely durable and long-lasting
- Are lightweight and portable

I received the following which is what's included in each set of Loop Bands:
- 1 Blue "Light" Band
- 1 Red "Medium" Band
- 1 Green "Heavy" Band
- 1 Black "X-Heavy" Band

These are also additional items included in the set:
- Nylon carrying case for portability
- Our favorite workout music downloadable as a mp3 file

After receiving my PhantomFit Resistance Loop Bands, I tried using it by watching some how-to videos on youtube. I tested out all the bands first to see their resistance level. The Light and Medium bands are perfect for my arms. The Medium and Heavy bands are perfect for my thighs. I love how I can see my teeny tiny biceps flex when I use the PhantomFit bands. My thighs also felt the resistance and were sore for a few days after doing a routine. The Extra Heavy is something I haven't used yet because it's too much for me. :)

The PhantomFit Bands are very durable and even if I use the Medium band on my arms and my thighs, I like that it still goes back to its original form. The bands are also very light and portable and I can just put them in my bag when we travel so that I can still do my workouts even when we're out on a trip.

The PhantomFit Resistance Bands are more on toning your muscles. I don't think it would work if you want to pack on muscles mass like with bodybuilders. It is effective though to tone and build some muscle but don't expect to get a bodybuilder body with these. :) I don't aim to pack on muscle mass but I do like to tone my arms and thighs so the PhantomFit Resistance Bands is perfect for me.

You can purchase the PhantomFit Bands on Amazon for $12.99 for a set of 4 bands + nylon carrying case. BUY IT HERE.
