EatSmart Precision MaxView Digital Bathroom Scale Review #EatSmart
Since I've been on the right track to losing weight for more than a month now, meaning eating healthy and working out almost everyday for at least 30 minutes, I've been the lightest I've been in 2 years and FINALLY, I've noticed a difference. I record my weigh-in once a week, well sometimes I check my weight almost everyday just to check :P, and a good and accurate weighing scale is a must for me.
The EatSmart Precision MaxView Digital Bathroom Scale is the newest addition to EatSmart's line. It has an extra large LCD display with Accubright blue backlight making it easier to read your weight with or without glasses. This new 2014 version utilizes EatSmart's step-on technology and sensor accuracy to get instant readings. It has 4 High Precision EatSmart sensors which provide consistent and accurate measurement up to 400 lbs or 180 kgs every time. It has an ultra-thin, sleek design with a high quality, tempered glass platform. It includes a FREE EatSmart Body Tape Measure which is a great tool to monitor progress. It is auto calibrated and automatically powers off. It needs 2 AAA batteries which is also included. The scale also has an EatSmart 2 year warranty.
When I received my EatSmart Precision MaxView Digital Bathroom Scale, I can't help but admire the design of the scale. I've never had a glass weighing scale before but I think I'd be careful not to drop it. It looks classy and nice but since I move my scale each time I take my weight, I'm afraid that it'll break if I accidentally drop it.
The EatSmart Tape Measure is so cute and I was a bit surprised and pleased when I saw this beside the batteries and I love it.
I installed the included batteries of the EatSmart Scale but the batteries didn't work. Good thing I had some spare 2AAA batteries at home so I used them. The EatSmart Precision MaxView Digital Bathroom Scale powered up and I love the extra large LCD display and the blue backlight.
When you first step-on the scale after moving it, don't be surprised to see a marked increase in your weight. Oh the first time this happened to me, which was a long time ago, I thought I really gained weight! LOL. I was horrified and later learned that most of the scales need to recalibrate specially if you move them. I do store mine upright (since we don't have space for the scale), and every time I take my weight, I need to let it recalibrate first. To let the scale calibrate, step-on the scale, let it read your weight then get off. Let it automatically power-off then step-on again and that's it! :) Don't worry, this takes just about 10 seconds to do. :) If you have a set place for your scale though, you don't have to worry about recalibrating the scale. :)
Have I told you about the Extra Large LCD display? I think I have but I wanted to reiterate this. :) At 26, almost 27 in a few days! :), I have bad eyes already. I wear glasses when I watch TV because I can't read the captions and the screen looks blurred. With the EatSmart's Extra Large LCD display with a blue backlight, I don't need my glasses to read my weight.
The EatSmart Precision MaxView Digital Bathroom Scale is very accurate and easy to use. I don't need to tap anywhere to turn it on and just need to step-on the scale to get my weight. I also love the EXTRA LARGE LCD Display and the blue backlight since it makes it easier for me to see my weight.
