Make Uniform Burger Patties With The Yumms! Burger Press Review

My mom has this awesome recipe for a beef burger patty and I remember she always made it when we were younger. We always helped her form the patties using her metal burger mold but I noticed that it has this distinct "meat" scent which doesn't go away even after we wash it. Maybe it's because she has used it for a few years already but, I really didn't like the smell.

The Yumms! premium hamburger press is made of a thick, BPA-free plastic.

It has 3 parts or pieces: the main base, the hamburger lifter and the hamburger press lid.

The hamburger press lid has a rubber handle which makes it easier to grasp. The underside of the main base has 4 circle rubber which help it stay in place.

What I liked about this hamburger press is that I can make uniformly sized, 4.5 inch diameter burger patties so that I can easily stack them for easier storage. I can also adjust the thickness of the patties depending on how much ground beef I place in the main base.

It's non-stick so it helps keep my burger in 1 piece. I also like how this compresses the meat so I can make burger patties without having to worry about the patties breaking apart when I grill them.

The hamburger lifter helps a lot in the sense that I can easily remove the formed patties from the hamburger press without destroying the shape and form of the patties.The hamburger press is also very easy to clean since because it has a non-stick feature. It doesn't absorb the scent of the patties/meat so that's nice too.

I have an addiction to pens. Back when I was in college, I have a box-full of pens with different colored inks. One thing I didn't own was a multipurpose pen and now, I realized how handy they might've been when I was still studying. So, when Kyasi sent me their 3 in 1 pen, I was happy to try it.

Now, the most important part of a pen for me is the ink. No matter how pretty the pen is, if I don't like the ink, I wouldn't use it. The Finessuer 8 inch Ceramic Chef's Knife arrived in a white box. The knife inside actually looked prettier than steel knives. It has a black color and is lighter than a steel knife I own with the same size. The handle is shaped so that it's easy to hold.

I read the directions and it was very easy to understand. Out of the box, I tried the AloeCure even though it says it was better refrigerated. I drank 6 ml once in the morning and once at night.

My Nimble Craft Sewing Kit Review

 I'm not a professional when it comes to sewing but I can say I know enough about the basic things needed for sewing because we had a project back when I was in Grade 6 where we had to do our own chemise. I had a hard time figuring out the needle case inside and laughed at myself when I was finally able to retrieve the needles inside. I tried to pry the case open, turn it around and around and was almost close to destroying it when I figured out how to use it. There's a small hole on the side of the clear plastic and I had to rotate the hole in line with the needles' slots to get the needles to slide out. :) I like this protective case because (1) it would prevent the needles from accidentally spilling out of the hard plastic case. (2) My daughters wouldn't be able to accidentally release the needles from the case.

This sewing kit is a nice basic one and I like how it is organized. I like how I can do basic repairs at home as well as do simple crafts. The threads have very vibrant colors and I like how they're each in a spool.

I would like to see more of the pin heads as I call it, because for me, this is a must for sewing projects.
